房間舒適，但有霉味 高樓層才沒有霉味 整體環境不錯，服務也好

The location is good! Near Hồ Hoàn Kiếm (還劍湖）, it is about 10-15 mins walking. For the hotel, room is clean and looks decent even though it was developed in 1994. Just I think the air con shall be changed as the sound is too loud. Staff is helpful in general. I encountered problem with Grab outside the hotel and the staff came out for help. The restaurant at the hotel is also quite nice, we enjoyed a dinner there.

Phuong , front desk attendant was very helpful at helping us finding a solution to our flight problem. The other front desk attendants were so supportive and helpful at finding tours to ha long bay . Overall , boutique hotel clean and decorative and had an awesome location.

Good location. Varied and tasty breakfast. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable Air con was noisy in my room Gym equipment very rusty They charged me for having jackfruit in clingfilm in my fridge. They had warned about smelly foods so would expect this for durian but felt it was a disappointing scam to charge a million for jackfruit!

Wonderful place to stay. Don’t hesitate to reserve a room here. You will definitely not be disappointed.

This hotel contacted us immediately after we made the reservation. After having a terrible experience with another hotel listed on Expedia, we were in a very difficult situation, so this place felt like a lifesaver to us. The location was very convenient—within walking distance of the Old Quarter, yet slightly removed from its hustle and bustle. Our room had a balcony and double-glazed windows, so we couldn’t hear any outside noise. Having breakfast included was also a great help. We especially loved the musical motifs incorporated throughout the interior design.

Quite possibly the worst hotel stay of our trip so far. We have been through Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue and now Hanoi. And we have encountered over the top service and regular levels of service. But this hotel is probably the bottom when it comes to experience. The gentleman checking us in at 6pm was pleasant. But the ladies who are at the reception at check out time are probably the most sour I have encountered so far in this country. We came in pretty early on check in day and rooms weren’t available, which was understandable. But, not even a smile of welcome was a little surprising. There is an upcharge is you ask for a fresh cup of tea bag tea at breakfast buffet. Even that I can understand. However, what was hard for me was no offer to help with luggage as we were checking out. They could see I have 4 senior citizens with me, but they didn’t offer a porter even once. We were going to stay here again for our last night in Hanoi but glad we could cancel. We will take our chances elsewhere. At $100/night, this was the most expensive hotel so far with the least professional service. The rooms were fine. The shower was a little on the small side. The balcony can seat one comfortably. However the bedspread is too small for the large bed. So if there are two in the room, hopefully you like to snuggle. The hotel appears to be more geared towards large tour groups so that can also impact service and interaction.

Staff were very helpful. Rooms are good. The deluxe room has double glazing which blocks all the traffic noise, though I found the standard room was OK. Breakfast could be better.

Asustin yksin tilavassa sviitissä ja pidin kovasti niin huoneesta kuin sijainnistakin. Old town/french quarter oli sijainti ja suurin osa nähtävyyksistä oli tavoitettavissa kävellen. Hotelli ei ole aivan tuore, mutta kaikki oli siistiä ja viihtyisää. Hotellissa oleva ravintola ja baari olivat mukavia ja huonepalvelukin pelasi nopeasti.
