Thanh Lich hotel took great care of us e.g. by hailing us taxis and walking us in/out with umbrellas during the rain. We appreciated the clean rooms and fantastic Vietnamese and Western breakfasts. Our room was on the ninth floor in the corner so it was quiet - the only noise we heard was some heavy winds coming through the vents above us during the rainstorm - that detracted from the quietude but wasn't much of an issue when it came to sleeping. We would stay here again.

Our room was lovely & the first night we ate in the restaurant. This was a lovely meal, apart from the waitress hovering over my shoulder whilst I decided what to order, very intimidating. Food, however, was excellent.
The second night, after a very busy day, we decided to chill, have a bath & again eat in the hotel restaurant, however, there were 3 parties in the hotel, one in the function room on the ground floor & 1 in each of the restaurants!!! We had not been told about any of them.
The party on the 12th floor was a karaoke & could be heard all over the hotel!!! The loud music & the even louder, out of tune appauling "singing" was just dreadful. The hotel receptionist said it was a party for New Year & would be finished by 10pm & was that ok? NO!!! It wasn't ok. We should have been informed about this prior to our stay, because if we had known about it, we would have booked somewhere else.
A nice hotel, however, our stay was spoilt by the loud noise coming from the karaoke party. I would not recommend staying here, as the hotel do not seem to value their paying guests. Such a shame.

The stay overall was mediocre at best. The family size room was very nice and clean though with nothing but an adjacent wall to look out the window at, it felt very cave like. The staff were accommodating enough.

Vi fik desværre et værelse som kiggede i naboens bygning, med afstand under 1 meter, som gjorde at der var ingen mulighed for dagslys ind og føltes som at bo i en kælder. Ud over det boede vi overfor elevator som gjorde at der var daglig larm og folk var på vej ind til os.
Personale var til gengæld super venlig, hjælpsom og sød, men vi ville ikke vælge denne hotel en anden gang. Billederne er af udsigten

Atendimento perfeito do check in ao check out, café da manhã bem completo, quarto limpinho, localização excelente, nos fds a rua fica fechada para pedestre, com vários locais curtindo. A uma curta caminhada da cidade imperial, para conhecer o resto é necessário uso de motorista privado ou Grab(sai mais barato)
