Mempunyai pengalaman dalam 2 malam bersama hotel ini.
Saya memesan 4 kamar standar untuk hari pertama dan 4 kamar Superior deluxe room untuk hari kedua.
Saya mempunyai pengalaman yang menyenangkan dengan fasilitas hotel dan juga staff yang sangat membantu, Linh and Alex terima kasih untuk bantuan Anda dalam liburan saya kali ini.
Saya mendapat 1 kamar upgrade ke Executive Room dan sangat puas dengan kamar tersebut.
Untuk kamar Executive sangat luas dengan tempat tidur King Bed, sofa dan kamar mandi yang juga luas, benar-benar mewah dan luas.
Untuk kamar Deluxe juga luas, dengan kamar mandi yang juga bathtub sangat cocok untuk pasangan.
Kamar Standar, tidak luas, hanya pas, walau kalau Anda punya 4 koper yang harus dibentangkan kamar ini akan terkesan sempit.
Semua kamar ini memiliki kamar mandi dengan hair dryer dan alat mandi yang lengkap. Untuk saya yang cukup sensitif dengan bau, setiap kamar mandi tidak berbau dan bersih, sangat nyaman!

Hotel breakfast pun luar biasa! Saya tidak ada pengalaman yang buruk dengan hotel ini. Jika ke depannya akan ke Hanoi lagi saya pasti akan menginap di sini.

The insulation of the room is bad,it's noisy while there were guests checking out at 6AM, I could hear every single step outside the room. The kettle for boiling water is dirty, the water cannot be drunk after boiling as there are small particles inside. Other than that, the hotel's facility, environment and customer services is good.

Was so helpful as our first visit to Vietnam, couldn’t have done more for us.
Even got me a birthday present.
Alex, on the tour desk, was so helpful and we had great times.
Recommend this hotel. It’s easy walking distance for everything.

The Chi was a great property right in the Old Quarter so close to restaurants, and coffee shops. Surprisingly quiet as it was busy in Hanoi. Our room had a balcony, spacious bathroom and the included breakfast was awesome!
