住宿非常整潔、舒適！服務員態度非常好，本人有上網check in 問題，服務員都樂於協助。如住宿可提供免費shuttle bus 到市中心會更佳！

整體上都很好 而且當地司機很熟悉這裡 搭的士很方便

設施，服務，環境都非常好，難忘的體驗。

Overall is very good , only one suggestion which the room near the corridor have no curtains , it is too bright in the early morning ...

入住one bedroom villa, 上層房間冷氣不夠冷

overall was good and staff can provide good service . But the house was not that clean and also the bathroom shampoo design was very bad . the bottle not even can hold by one hand. i suggest the whole items must change as normal design. and for the public pool was danger ... the pool side can crush your skin easy and no clean sign show which is the enter .. it hurts our 3 family members from the pool include our baby.

Pros: Location: 15 mins ride from downtown (grant you quiet nights) and 30 mins ride from Hoi An ancient town Cleanliness : villa and the pool are very clean Cons: 1) Tide Spa has very limited massage options, e.g. Thai massage is not available 2) They charged on laundry bags which are always free in other hotels! There was no price tags or any signs in room telling you that laundry bag has a price (USD$2.5 each) 3) The pillows are too soft

Have private kitchen and dining room is good to share with family.

Four of us stayed in a villa with a private swimming pool. It is a very quiet and nice place for relaxing trip as it is not close to the city center. I suggest travelers can visit Hoi An at night if they stay with the Ocean Villa, which only takes 20 mins by taxi / GRAB. It is an enjoyable stay.

Good for relax. Beautiful beach and lovely pools. But No fitness facilities. Some buildings and facilities are under construction.

Villa有幾種類型可以揀，我地揀左屋入面個泳池大啲個間，面向高爾夫球場，會比較麻煩，每日食早餐或者去用酒店設施都要坐酒店車去返對面。夜晚比較靜，呢邊冇咁多人住，所以一大班朋友玩唔驚嘈到人！酒店員工笑容十足服務態度令人滿意。

酒店距離市中心需要半小時的車程，出入不是太方便，私人泳池比想像中細小，但別墅來說這間的價錢算是便宜了，所以性價比也算高

房間大，有view , 加上私人泳池， 雖然離市區稍遠也值得。早餐食物尚算可以，如果多元化一點會更好。唯一令我很不滿意的是Tides spa, 可說是她們一點也不識按摩，希望酒店能加多些培訓！

客房很大很乾淨 櫃台人員服務很好 早餐在海邊吃,超讚的 很喜歡,下次有機會會再入住

This Villa is the worst Villa that I have been tried. Firstly, the manner of receptionists were so bad. (No service, no smile, just foucs on the check-in procedure instead of answer any question that I have or introduction) we have total 8 people as self-guide tour who are travel to Vietnam. We book this Villa which have 3 bed rooms. But I haven't seen any clause of terms or conditions of your villa mention about it MUST live maximum 6 guests in your villa when I surveying your villa information and confirmed the booking then. I remember there are inclusive 6 to 9(or 11, I don't remember the exact number) people as maximum of your villa. So, why do we have to pay extra fee for the 2 position that you didn't have any mention in this statement in your booking website. If I knew you will charge us extra fee for 2 position by that, I won't book your rubbish villa. As we arrived, all conversation topic with me just talking about the extra fee that I need to pay. Why do guests supposed to pay extra fee that you haven't show a clarify statement of your terms of Villa on the website.

雖然地點離市區較遠，但完全物超所值！ 員工友善有禮貌，做事靈活變通； 與沙灘相連，在私人VILLA玩樂完便讓職員載我們到沙灘繼續玩水 「五粒星，還能更高！」

各方面都很NICE,员工对客人态度很好，有些会说中文。家人玩的很开心

酒店有專屬自己的海灘,也有獨立游泳池。但早餐就只是一般。酒店有SPA,但房間太少比較難預約時間。入住時,服務生會為你簡介一下酒店內的設施。但因在郊外所以有很多蚊蟲。

地方大，環境舒適清潔，早餐每天更新菜式，酒店內廚房設備齊全有餐具供應，冷氣足夠，有小小私人泳池，小朋友非常喜歡
