The Summer Hotel

Not good. There’s no hot water in the shower at the night time. Also the shower box is licking

+ I choose this hotel as the location is great. Just few minutes can arrive The Sinh Tourist office + The front office staff are very helpful. When I arrived the hotel at 6AM, the staff helped me to get the room at 8-9AM as they know that I lost my passport and VISA that I need to go Ho Chi Minh City in the evening. Moreover, they helped me to print all needed documents + The room rate included complementary breakfast at M/F. BF start at 6:30-9:30AM. + only VND300000 can book the car from hotel to airport, around 45 mins for whole trip + close to the hotel has some restaurants, massage shop, small convenience stores. You can have a foot massage and buy souvenirs before departure - The room not very premium but it is same as the description stated in the website. I stay at 805

Booked a suite room which have no balcony and ocean view as stated. Broken light bulb and requested to replace 3 times which finally didn't repair until I check out. Tissue on WC after everyday cleaning. Wifi not working in the morning 2 days.

the staff is very nice and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

因為房間資料說有露臺及海景才訂了兩間套房及連住三晚，但入住時一間在七樓一間在二樓，二樓的房間只看到對面的樓景，而且比七樓的小了近百呎，七樓的也只看見小部份海景，而两間房均沒露臺，店員解釋有露臺的套房有客人長期居住，故不能提供，只能将二樓的在第二天移往八樓，但也只可看見小部份海景，讓人失望。還幸這酒店的員工服務態度仍是不錯的，早餐每天都有一些不同，味道還可以。附近有很多吃的地方，可是在芽莊並沒有大型的購物地方，連像樣的超市也沒有，想要買手信送親友也沒法子

suite 有浴缸 但熱水不夠 2間套房一樣無熱水，反而朋友單人房及dekuxe room 無為問題

地理位置優，而且服務很好！房間很乾淨，還有頂樓泳池，價錢又便宜，很舒服愜意的體驗！大推！

因為我們坐夜車過來，早上六時已到了，未能提早check-in，只能先寄存行李。翌日早上吃早餐後，我太太感覺肚子不適，去手洗間4次了，於是告知服務員情況，希望能夠給予協助，給予药物或告知哪裡能購買药物，但是他們聽了我們情況後，只說其他人客沒有投訴，是我們外出吃了有問題食物，這根本我們沒有，我想他們怕負責任，但我們只想怎樣解決吐瀉問題，因我們晚上要坐夜車回會安，他們這樣態度非常失望。 Because we take the night train to come, six o'clock in the morning had to failed early check-in and asked us back to check in at 2:00p.m.. After breakfast the next morning, my wife feel stomach discomfort, diarrhea 4 times, then told the staffs that we hope to be able to give assistance or told where to buy medicine. On the other head they have said that no customers complaints, we might went out to eat the food have not clean, this is simply that we did not, I think they were afraid of responsibility. We want to solve problems, vomiting and diarrhea, because at night we had to take the night train back to Hoi An, they have very disappointed attitude . We never stay in this hotal again.

自助早餐超豐富，地點在遊客區中心，前往海灘10分鐘步行，房間床鋪很舒服！整體唔錯！

Personalet var hjelpsom . Hotellet lå kun 5 gange fra Tran Phu stranden. Det var bade håndkle hverdag. Frokost 3.9/5 , ikke alt for mye utvalg, men det var ulike variasjoner og en god start på dagen med frokost. Ikke mye å skryte av bassenget, lite og 1.2 meter , altså barne basseng. Renslighet 3.8/5

ベッドの枕を取ると髪の毛がありビックリしました、あとは綺麗でした、ホテルの周りは食べ物やもいっぱいあり遅く着いても大丈夫でした 朝食はまあまあでした

朝食バイキングがとても良かった。また、スタッフもピックアップの相談に親身になって対応して頂きました。

The room was very nice and spacious. A The pool was good as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that the light in the hall came through the decorative section of the door. I would still stay there again though.

The Summer hotel was an amazing experience, the staff was extremely kind, accommodating and ensured that my stay was pleasant. The morning breakfast was of top quality with many selections to choose from. The pool was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Lidt dårlig personale. De har en halvdød blind hund som vralter rundt i lobbyen. Man må ik sidde i lobbyen når man venter på at kunne checke ind. Ellers fine værelser og rengøring.

Personalen var bra och respektfulla. Städteamet var mycket hängivna och gjorde allt för att mitt rum var rent varje dag. Man kunde be om att tvätta de egna kläderna mot en liten avgift och det var praktiskt och bra att denna service erbjöds! Jag fick tom ett kilo vitnamesiskt kaffebönor av hotelägaren sista dagen. Enda problemet var svårigheten att kommunicera då vietnameser kan för lite engelska annars superb!

The staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, as were all common areas. The daily breakfast buffet was absolutely top notch, with plenty of variety!

Nice hotel, great value for money. The rooms are small but at this price no coplaints. The pool area on top is small but cozy. The selection at breakfast is not the larvers but ok
