Best holiday hotel experience! Initially we were worried that it would be difficult to travel with our toddler, but the TIA Wellness Resort is actually quite kid-friendly, especially the staff were excellent! Buffet breakfast was one of the best we have enjoyed. We went in February, so the water was sometimes cold, but we still managed to enjoy the pool a few times and loved the private beach.

Excellent service. Very impressed by the staff. The private swimming pool is a good feature while the pool at the wellness center is also a gem. Very convenient to go to the beach which is almost empty even in good sunny days. The only things that can be improved is the food variety. We stayed for 6 days and almost hunch and dinner everyday there, and wanted to have alternative options. The price is high compared to local area but very cheap to compare with hotels in most US, Western European and Asian countries.

Best holiday hotel experience! It is a pricey resort as compared to other 5 star resorts nearby but they gave us a wonderful experience! We stayed for 3 nights.
Breakfast tasted great with variety from both the buffet area and the included a la carte menu. ?Vy was very attentive remembering our drink preferences.
The massages were top tier ( we were pleasantly surprised as we didn't expect much from package -included massages).
All staff are friendly and helpful, especially Long from reception who was very informative and spoke fluent English

I stayed in this hotel from 28th Nov to 1st Dec, 2022. I took out my necklace and earrings on the table and forgot to take them back. I could not find my necklace and earrings after I went outside. I’m quite sure the housekeeping took them on 30th Dec before I came back to the hotel.
Then I asked Hotel about it, they just reply us that they cannot find it. I am really disappointed for this trip experience.

12月的峴港海邊還是有點冷，浪費了專屬的游泳池，有點可惜。免費的兩次SPA真的很棒！技術好環境佳。早餐超豐盛，也可以安排任何時間任何地點吃早餐。現在渡假村隔壁正在蓋高樓，有點煞風景也有點吵。

服務很好的一間飯店，早餐時間管家會過來關心是否有需要任何的幫忙，飯店的設施及服務都很乾淨，房間的泳池也沒有落葉，這是我很少遇到的。還有感謝飯店的同仁帶我們的旅伴去醫院掛急診。如果應要挑一個小毛病就是在洗澡尖峰時段，熱水會不夠熱，就是這樣。但是不影響我們的興致，下次來峴港會在選擇這裡唷!

酒店服務設施一流，員工貼心有禮。
住宿期間大意遺失了一隻耳環，酒店職員盡心盡力為我搜尋，最後在退房時找回耳環，令人驚喜。
另外每天酒店也有很多活動予住客參與，包括Spa, yoga等等，令我在峴港渡過十分愉快的生日假期。

酒店職員都很親切
但是Check in在大堂等候的時候很熱, 沒有風扇亦沒有冷氣.
房間都很舒服, Spa服務亦非常舒服, 我Book了一晚酒店但book了4 Part Spa.
可惜我入住時入酒店的路正在維修, 而我被安排的房正正是在維修路的旁邊,
維修工人在早上7時就開始維修, 所以我在早上7時已經被吵醒.
