Đặt phòng thanh toán thành công nhưng đến khi check-in không nhân viên nào ở đó. Gọi cho số điện thoại thì nhân viên báo hết phòng tự lên app huỷ phòng đi. App thì ghi phòng không thể hoàn tiền. Nhân viên nói hết câu tự lên app hủy phòng đi xong cúp máy ngang với khách. I booked a reservation at this place. The app confirmed that my booking was successful. However, there was no receptionist at the place when I came in (check-in time is 2pm and I came at 2:30pm). I tried to call the number on Traveloka, there was a guy picked up the phone and he was kinda surprised. He asked me to send the receipt and booking number. So I sent him and waiting for the response. Surprisingly, he said there was no room for me and asked me to open Traveloka and cancel the booking by myself. Then he hung up the phone. But this booking is NON-REFUNDABLE. I had to try to call the customer service of this place hoping someone else could assist me. A lady asked me to send the guy’s phone number. She told me that she couldn’t doing much since she didn’t know if any rooms were available. So I sent her the phone number only. After that, the guy called me back and tried to apologize for hung up the phone. But still I didn’t have my place to stay, I don’t know how they refund my money. Such the worst experience. Beware when you book this place.
