I stay here for 1 nite but I found that it is good location, staff and food. It is easy to visit some interesting place in Da Nang city and go to swim.

The room was as described on the 2nd floor with the massage . Had 4 bunks in the room with 2 a/c on the wall . the bathroom did not have hot water , and there was a foul odor coming from the drain in the bathroom , so just kept the bathroom door Shut. They had a nice Breakfast on top floor over looking the Downtown area , Hint Get there early as they do not replenish the servings . from 6am-7am is the best time to eat. So wake up early eat and go back to bed if you want.

Mình có đặt 4 đêm tại ksan. Khi tới check in nhân viên báo phòng hỏng điều hoà nên hết phòng. Và mình hoàn toàn không nhận được cuộc gọi thông báo náo từ ksan. Bên khách sạn chuyển mình tới 1 phòng của khách sạn khác tên TGT Hottel và mình đã có trải nghiệm rất tệ tại khách sạn này không có nước nóng. Mình có phản hồi thì báo hôm sau lên ktra. Nhưng 5 ngày mình ở đó hoàn toàn không có ai lên ktra. Báo lễ tân thì lễ tân bảo cứ vặn sang trái là có nước nóng. Nhưng không đc. 1 trải nghiệm không vui vẻ. Và không nhận được lời xin lỗi từ bên ksan.

điều hòa không mát báo sửa nhưng không sửa, thiết bị điện xuống cấp hay sập nguồn. phòng có muỗi.

Mình được nâng cấp lên phòng Deluxe nên thấy phòng rất rộng, cửa sổ rộng, phòng tắm có cả bồn tắm đứng và bồn tắm nằm. Thấy mọi người nói tiện nghi khách sạn cũ nên lúc đầu hơi lo, nhg khi nhận phòng thì hoàn toàn thấy ưng ý. Theo cá nhân mình thấy thì nội thất ở phòng đều còn khá mới. Điểm trừ là ăn sáng chưa được phong phú lắm.
