This is Top beautiful hotel has elegance staff, and offers luxurious amenities that ensure a memorable stay. Thier spacious rooms and scenic views add to its charm, making it perfect trip. We have very good time and we look forward to returning for another relaxing getaway soon. The hotel’s attentive service truly made our experience exceptional. This hotel is absolutely not worthy of a four-star hotel. The rooms do not match the description, they are dirty, very noisy, our shower was broken, the towels are damaged, etc. The staff even allowed themselves to enter the room at 7 a.m. on our last day, without knocking, while we were sleeping. When we checked out, the staff was very insistent that I give them a five-star review! I did not appreciate this, and I have no hesitation in denouncing this attitude!!! Move on if you are thinking of staying at this hotel.

Labelled as 5 star hotel but not. Older building, small lobby with beautiful chandelier, small elevator, small hallway. Our room was supposed to be a twin or double bed, but we ended up with a queen and twin which took up most of the room. No safe in room. Restroom clean, but older, toilet would not flush so had to get the front desk to help. Tub is high up, have to literally climb into it. Will be difficult for elderly or someone with knee or hip mobility issues. Supposed to have city view but all we had was alley view littered with trash. They did have 3 complimentary small water bottles in the room. Staff very nice and attentive and helpful. They told us there were fireworks that night at 10 and can see via the rooftop bar, but that did not happen. Not sure if this was to get people up there to buy drinks or if it was wrong date - unlikely the latter since the lady at check in kept telling all customers about the fireworks. Make sure you look at the charge at the bar - we were told we will have a 15 percent discount at rooftop bar for being hotel guests, but we were charged 15 percent for using credit card - supposedly 5 percent for card use and 10 percent VAT. Never got the discount. Had to tell front desk the next day and asked for 15 percent discount refund. Not a big deal, but out of principle have to point it out. Free breakfast 0630-0930 - eggs cooked upon order and pho. Transport to/from airport, but beware of extra taxes. Compare with Grab first.

We chose the hotel due to location and condition based on description/pictures. Although I am happy with location, the condition of the hotel is poor and management needs to fix the rooms and common areas. Few issues we observed were weak wifi, poor maintenance of shower (high and hand-held shower head were in terrible state, many holes blocked and the remaining spraying in every direction), broken items in the room, including door lock and "do not disturb/clean my room" signals and a big hole on the floor in the breakfast area. I would recommend other hotels in the same area of Hanoi.

Le Petit Prince hotel is very good value for money. The rooms were big, they were clean, the service was excellent and the staff very engaging and friendly. The breakfast was fairly good as well. Overall I had a good experience staying here and I would recommend it, especially for the price we paid.
