Villa Del Sol Beach Resort and Spa

in general it is fine, but the wifi & room service has to be improved. the wifi is too weak, and after the staff clean up our room, they forgot to give us the new towel. when we called the receptionist, they kept finding the excuse and asked us to wait for tomorrow, although they gave us the new towel finally.

The beach and the pool are so nice. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is the location. It‘s kind of far away from the down town of Phan Thiet (10 mins by taxi and 40 mins to Mui Ne). Except for the location, I have nothing to complain.

The whole resort is okay with the facilities stated, e.g. swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. It is by the sea side and you can see the sea view from the restaurant. The room is lovely and quite big. However, there is only one restaurant in the resort. It was a bit dirty. Lots of flies and mosquitoes. Insufficient fans. It was really hot and annoyed when the mosquitoes kept flying towards our meals. Yet, we didn't have any other choice for dining. Therefore, it is only okay for a short stay.

位于潘切附近，美奈东面延伸，TAXI到美奈大约RMB100元，除了没有美奈的沙漠风景，其他都比美奈美，酒店就不用说了，相当满意，价格实惠，酒店差不多4星标准的度假酒店。

Très bel hotel mais malheureusement loin de tout. Plage qui subit l'érosion et n'a vraiment rien d'extraordinaire..

The staff were very good. And I consider that the food was both tasty and not overpriced. Though they are many restaurants not too far away. Suspect you prefer using a car. Stayed in the middle of the week so no breakfast buffet But you could order what you needed and would not go away hungry. We had a svit. With view over the water Enjoyed a lot

Too many mosquitoes. Staff not friendly.

Our unit was in a 3 story building each floor has 3 units. Most of guests are unfriendly Russians.

Huge room and fantastic breakfast, beach was good and a very nice, clean pool. Guests were 100% Russians, so expect all the sun loungers to be ‘claimed’ with a towel before sunrise.

Stunning and designer beachfront room. Overlooking the ocean and beach. Woke up to the sounds of the waves and sea meeting the shore, walked along the beach each morning. fantastic variety of choice for breakfast. Lovely and supportive staff.

If your looking for a quiet getaway from the city, you have come to the wrong place! The hotel hosts to team building where there is a loud speaker and a MC screaming from Friday night until 10pm and starting 8am on Sunday. Although the staff could not do anything, other than say sorry. The hotel is nicely placed, some updates are need. I’m not sure what scale they are using for 4.5 star (maybe out of 10). The “private” beach was unkept. The food was surprisingly good. Was far less than enjoyable sleeping on a rock hard bed and waking up to a team building that has some very high quality amplifiers... if I wanted this kind of noise and irritation, I would have stay in Saigon. I felt pity for other guest that were complaining because they flew from Russia for a quiet getaway... the resort should have some warning that they host team building!!!!

Kjempefint hotell med flotte rom,vindusdører og havsusikt. Dette er et hotellet ligger avsides til og passer nok ikke for festløver.Det er et område med et par fine resturager tvers over veien.Det er et par butikker og apotek rett ved hotellet.vi var på hotellet i 7 netter og er veldig fornøyd. God standard og flinke massører. Fin resturangmed flott frokost.

The resort is clean and has a good beach. There is good lap pool for adults, but no shallow pool for children.

This hotel is far from everything, Mui Ne is about 30 kilometers away and cost about $25 dollars each way. Breakfest is a mess, confusing, and the food is not presented in a hygienic way. The people in the hotel speak very little english and to change money is by far the worst place, looks like they want to make profit out of it instead, of being helpful on having that service prompt. Our AC wasn't working and after all we experienced, we were not happy and even with them offering the best room (ours was already one below the best), we decided to leave and instead of asking for full refund, we asked for at least 2 nights, since we were not going to be there for the 3 nights left. They told us they would refund if they rented the room again; however, no one would stay in the room with a broken A/C. We never received not even a partial refund. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone, they need lots of training to deliver the minimal customer satisfaction.

総合的には良いホテルだったと思うが、チェックイン時の対応が良くなかったので、受付スタッフはもう少しサービス精神を持って対応して欲しいと思う！ それ以外は総合的に良いホテルだと思う。

Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Das Hotel ist von der Lage und des Komforts unglaublich schon. Das Personal insgesamt war absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine gesundheitliche Einschränkung wurde schnell erkannt und der Service angepasst. Der Strand war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Als einzig negatives an meinem 15-tägigen Aufenthalt war das verhalten der russischen Gäste die durch ihre allgemein ruppige Art, auch dem Personal gegenüber, aufgefallen sind. Ansonsten war mein Aufenthalt in der Villa del Sol traumhaft. Versuche im Mai 2018 wieder dort zu wohnen.
