Staff over exceeded in hospitality and service, very friendly and professional. Stay twice now and will stay again. Very relaxing in surroundings, gardens, around the pool and on the beach. Vin Wonders right next door, 15-20 min drive to Town for shopping and markets.

Such an amazing place. Beautiful facility in Villa. No complaint excellent service. We definitely rent here again when I go back to visit next year.

Food is average for the price.

Great place to stay while in hoi an. Though not in city, there was never any long wairs for taxi's. Breakfast buffet was amazing, with excellent service. Dinner buffet was wroth the money with many different dishes, including local, and western. Hotel room was always cleaned and stocked withnwater for next day. The grounds are immaculate and frog/lizard hunting at night was super fun.

Property was very good. Our package deal included airport transfer which didn't happen. We had to get taxi for the one hour trip to the hotel

Beautiful resort! Staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet is huge and delicious! Very close to HoiAn, and the resort has their own taxis, to take you whenever you want to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 4 days, totally enjoyed the food and amenities in the resort. This property really showed the care and properly managed of a Vinpearl hotel. I highly recommended it.

The staff at this property were incredible. They were beautifully friendly and very helpful. The amenities were great in that they had everything you needed. Our villa was particularly great, with a view of the ocean and private pool. I will say this though, the property interiors are starting to look tired and dated. A refresh is definitely needed. There was a huge stain on our living room rug and the cleaning actually left more dirt behind than what we created. I was also disappointed with the amount of gluten free options available in terms of food. The staff would ask if I had special requirements but when saying yes, weren’t able to accomodate anything. The language barrier also made it hard to understand just what was in most things so it was risky.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa. It was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Looking forward to coming back!

Vin Pearl is a fair distance from Hoi An Old Town (30 mins drive). The pool area was beautiful. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were there and so we couldn't swim. The food was plentiful and varied. Two of us got sick after eating at the buffet, but the other 6 of us were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful and most of them had good English.

Beautiful resort with amazing villas! This was definitely the highlight. The villas are amazing. Very modern, clean, well appointed and felt very private. Opportunities to improve customer service. The resort is huge and unfortunately there isn't much personalisation of service. Front desk always seemed to be angry or annoyed. This area definitely stood out to have the lowest level of customer service in the resort especially when compared to other resorts in Vietnam. Concierge and belldesk were ok and did their best to greet everyone. F&B staff were much better and the wait staff and supervisors in the breakfast buffet were really good.

Superb throughout, highly recommend the villas. Only slight recommendation would be to have some sort of basic entertainment in the lobby in the evenings. Staff are first class. Cleanliness outstanding. Buffet restaurant one of the best. I will book another Vinpearl resort in the future.

The property itself was very good however as we had an executive room that overlooked the beach, the windows outside our living area was always misted up and foggy (it didnt appear to be cleaned or wiped regularly) and as such we could not enjoy the view unless we went outside. whilst the resort was secluded it also made it hard and costly to go into town with only 2 shuttle buses headed into old town, one at 8:30am and the other late I recall. Also, one of your staff members made my wife feel really uncomfortable by asking her to change her clothes or to cover up on what was really modest clothing at breakfast. She wore long trousers and a top that covered her chest. There were other guests who wore even more revelaing clothes such as bikinis or see through tops and short skirts. We also enjoyed a round of golf at Vinpearl Golf (having never played before or understanding how it worked) but the staff were very accommodating however at the end, it was very awkward as we tried to tip the caddys more than what we would normally tip at VND200,000 each but they refused to accept it and we were told it had to be at least double that. I was under the impression in Vietnam that tipping is voluntary and not obligatory. Lets a sour taste in our mouths.

Room is huge. Well maintained. Very isolated area. Good for young family with the attraction ($$$). Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Dinner was decent but very expensive. Got charged like almost $10 just for water(2 litter). Probably won’t come back if we ever visit hoi an.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Secluded from rest of the world ,30 mins from nearest town Hoi An and you need to book a taxi or use hotel transport for a fee to go Hoi An. No shops nearby , all you can get is what is provided by the hotel . no shops nearby Guest services are pretty awesome Rooms are gorgeously clean Breakfast options are many but most of the dishes are with pork . Hopefully we can see balanced meat as well as vegetarian menu in future. Vietnamese white coffee is must try Free shuttle between Danang Airport and hotel , fixed timings though. Overall we had a perfect stay Thank you Vinepearl
