Great staff

Bed was fantastically comfortable, had a great sleep. Breakfast is a bit disjointed with all the items in a separate room which you had to bring to your table but saying that it was delicious and hot.

Enjoyed my one night stay, room was brilliant just what I needed for myself. Staff were friendly and helpful, I didn't have the breakfast but it smelt lovely. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future.

This was the nicest of hotels first on arrival greeted by lovely female staff member who I now forget her name sorry ,, we stayed in room 201 it wasn’t see view but I never payed for sea view so we was happy with are room , it was spotless throughout the hotel room had all the amenities . Room was nice and warm , we had sat and Sunday night at the hotel as we was seeing stylistics just down the road , everything was on the door step also the breakfast was more then plenty lovely clean none greasy cooked lovely also a Buffett with cereal fruit yogurt , I will definitely stay here again staff ladies was lovely even helped me out with Parcetmol thank you girls see you all soon

The return of a member of staff made this visit feel so special . Such professionalism and friendly attitude.makes th Belmont the best hotel in Llandudno again . Thx

Staff were lovely very helpful everywere was lovely and clean it would be nice if rooms were checked to make sure heating worked with out having to bother staff to sort it out

Room was very hot even with a fan and window open but othwise lovley and clean

A very nice property and stay just that I requested a nice room and got the smallest possible and then was moved to the back of the hotel. I asked for a sea view but was told nothing available. But there were some as I spoke to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was 15 pounds so I had it one day and then ate at coffee shops for 10. The lift is the smallest in the world. It takes literally two people who are not too tall. Overall a bit disappointed that there was no dinner only breakfast. But it was clean and comfortable.

A really lovely, clean, comfortable hotel with lovely staff. We stayed in a balcony room which was lovely. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely stay again.

Fantastic free upgrade, very pleasant surroundings

Nice sea and coastal views. Room a bit on the small size bed not very comfortable. But overall we had a good stay .

Lovely view over the bay from our decent sized room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order after a self service drinks and continental starter. All the staff were very friendly, nothing to much trouble for them.

Hot breakfast was poor quality. Clean bedroom but in need of some TLC - bathside & base of wardrobe damaged & carpet not great. Lovely seaview.

Just an overnight stay with my wife and Husky. Couldn’t fault the place. We’ll be back again for sure

I booked this trip for my elderly parents who unfortunately only stayed for one of their two nights we booked for them. We were aware that the hotel was 'dog friendly' however their bedroom smelt like a dog kennel and they felt that it was more suited for the dogs than people. The housekeeper cleaned their carpet in their room after they complained about the smell but actually this just made it smell worse. The carpet was soaking wet after they'd cleaned it and they felt really uncomfortable about complaining but the response from the hotel was 'it says we're dog friendly on the website'. They couldn't open the window very far to let some fresh air in, which is understandable on a first floor room but couldn't sleep as the smell was so bad and made worse by the overpowering smell of carpet cleaner on their second day. They left without staying for their second night as they just couldn't relax. If you don't have a dog then I wouldn't recommend staying here as I think it should be made more clear on the website that their description of dog friendly' should be changed to 'dog hotel' .
