★Very bad room ★Staff is good. Funny. Sleeping time to much disturbing the staff. Overall ok. ★Iam not going kitchen. My room staff going he said kitchen not clean and bad smeal. ★This hotel nearest shop have disnction good.

Very helpful and friendly staff on check in/out. Property is great value for the location. The bed in the private room is a bit hard and creaky. Ideal place to spend the night if staying in central Swansea.

Great location, not noisy, good kitchen.

I had a short stay. The place is convenient to shopping centre and food court. The staff was friendly and the price was affordable. However, the dorm floor was very dirty as if it hasn't been sweep for some time. The most important is that there were BED BUGS, which i only notice bed bug bites all over my body after leaving the hostel. I hope the staff inspect the beds and take care of that issue

Stayed in the private double room for the second time, excellent value for money for the location! Room is surprisingly well equipped for the price, smart TV, modern private bathroom, double bed etc. Nice to not be 2 single beds pushed together. Only downside was that the shower had small amounts of mould around the bottom and the walls are a little scuffed so could do with a bit of love, but ultimately you get what you pay for, so value alone gives this place 5 stars.

The staff was lovely, the hostel is extremely well located in the centre, making it the perfect location to stay in if you need to catch a bus or get a train. The only two things I struggled with were the shower pressure, which led to longer periods in the shower, and the dust around the bed (pod) which made me sneeze during the night/cough. Other than that, couldn’t be happier. For the price, it’s an amazing place to stay! There’s a strong chance I’ll be back.

Not a bad place for the price. I had a private room and bathroom, the bed linen and towels were clean. The floors had lots of debris along the edges of the room and lots of marks on the walls. The radiator in the room didnt work at all, luckily i had a hot water bottle and the weather wasnt too cold outside. The towel rail in the bathroom on the other hand was wonderfully hot and kept the bathroom very cosy. The shower had some mould in the bottom around the edges and the shower head was too heavy to stay upright! The water pressure was very, very low but i dont know if that was to do with my shower time coinciding with others? Staff were pleasant.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. Single room which was handy. Compact but had everything needed. Large kitchen an chill out area to relax in an cook meals. Had a projector to watch television. Good area with amenities at hand.

Amazing value for private room. Perfect location in the city centre.

The place itself was okay the staff are very helpful and nice the only thing I found lacking that they don't have in place a discount so you can park in the car park all night

In need of a bit of TLC - pods need curtains. Ceiling and pod lights too bright and need to be on timers. A few simple and relatively cheap upgrades and it woud be an easy 5*

Excellent hostel particularly the price and right in the centre!

The place was centrally located, very well managed and kept. The double room was smallish, but with a private bathrooom enough. It was spotless and clean as all the other facilities. The common rooms were great and the staff brilliant

Need’s curtains in double rooms also quiet time needs enforcing was work by noise at 11.30 and didn’t stop until 2am. Door of shower didn’t shut properly
