Good location

Lovely room, all facilities, classy bedding and spotless. Friendly, competent easygoing staff, excellent breakfast options and all faultlessly cooked and presented. Great location, 3 minutes walk from town centre but situated on a very quiet street, minutes from the seafront and pier. Plenty of on- street parking close by.

Clean room, efficient and friendly staff. The food was quality. It was ideally placed for many of the attractions that Llandudno offers.

We had a very comfortable and spacious room at Holcombe House that was fitted out to a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent, and we were especially impressed by the daily, freshly prepared fruit salad. The House is a stone's throw from the sea front and the centre of Llandudno, with it's good choice of eateries, food and other shops. A top choice.

An excellent three night break. Really enjoyed the hotel for its attention to detail. Great staff and a wonderful breakfast freshly cooked.

Overall good. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent although doesn’t start until 8-8.30 which means you may miss out on the final day if you need to leave early (as I did).

Very friendly manager and staff.located close to pubs,cafes and the main street but nice quiet area at night.

Fabulous hosts, excellent location & breakfast amazing

Excellent breakfast but did request a ground floor room but was allocated one on 3rd floor. Apparently this request was not forwarded and made my stay very uncomfortable as I have severe asthma and I did struggle but no other room available m

We arrived at Holcombe House approx 3pm. Parking was difficult as it’s a first come first serve basis. We parked up the road but later I finally got a car park space outside the property.Roy welcomed us in and was a quite a gentleman.we stayed on the 2nd floor in a cosy room at the top of the house. We had nice views from the window.Bathroom was nice and the bath/shower was great. Good size.Internet streamed good too.unfortunately the bed wasn’t for us as it was pretty low and hard.The breakfast made up for that tho as there was plenty of choice and the bright breakfast room was elegant and Jose who made our breakfast was a charming man who was very cheerful and easy going. The location is great also as it’s just around the corner from Victoria tram station if you wanted to goto The Great Orme. Shopping pubs restaurants pier all within walking distance. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would return again. Garry/Tammi.

Brilliant place to stay, was second time I've stayed there, will likely go a third time when I get chance.

Hade två olika boenden i Llandudno och det här var det klart bättre. Fräscht och fint gammalt hus med inte så stort rum men helt ok. Jättefint badrum, rätt så hård säng och lite onödigt stort bänk och garderob på det redan lilla utrymmet men väldigt bra läge och närhet till det mesta. Man blir störd av fiskmåsarnas skrik var man än bor och här var det inget undantag. Frukosten var helt ok. Lite svårare med parkering om man inte fick en av dom få platser som erbjuds men ingen omöjlighet att hitta något i närheten.

We stayed four nights in Holcombe Hotel and enjoyed every moment. There were so many beautiful details inside that showed that great care had been taken to make it an enjoyable experience for the guests. The breakfast was excellent. The owners were lovely and easy to be around. Will definitely go back.

Super søde værter og personale. God seng og bad. Der var stille. God stor morgenmad. Meget tæt på byen og meget lille gå afstand til centrum af byen. Vil absolut bo her der igen og rekommandere varmt til andre.

Lovely little place within walking distance to the main centre. Lovely hosts, excellent breakfast, easy to navigate. Decor a little dated but likely catering for a certain age range clientele. Would definite stay again

Beautiful area in Llandudno with main shopping very close by and the West Shore only a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the scenery, and peaceful walks in the area. The house is well maintained with a spacious bathroom with bath shower combination. The bedroom was fairly small but comfortable for a 3 night stay. Water bottles were provided upon arrival and biscuits topped up daily which was a nice touch. A good overall stay, thank you ☺️

Had a great 3 nights here and Jose was so friendly. Breakfast was amazing local produce and big portions.
