The owner and staff there are very helpful and nice. The breakfast is delicious. I will stay there again next time when i go to Llandudno.

The staff are by far the host helpful you'll ever come across.

Karden House is a lovely, clean,friendly establishment. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The breakfast choice was amazing. I’d definitely stay there again

Lovely relaxing couple of days . Room was comfortable and tea / coffee replenished daily . Breakfast was perfect . Full choice of cereals / fruit / yogurt and juices . Plus full cooked breakfast and toast .

Very convenient, easy walking to everything. Breakfast was a really lovely full English, plus cereal and fruit if you wanted it. The staff were very friendly and Helen in the dining room couldn't do enough for you. There is a car park close by (in the church). Really my only negatives were that the cups in the room, hadn't been washed properly, and there was no power in the shower.

We were made to feel welcome from arrival to departure. The B&B is conveniently located with easy access to the shops and seafront. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Lovely room, very homely. Good breakfast. Only a few minutes walk to town centre and beach. Free parking outside the hotel, but was full on our arrival, however cheap long stay parking close by. Would stay here again

The room was clean and well furnished. A warm welcome and very helpful staff. Breakfast was a good selection of fruit, yoghurt,cereals and choice of cooked breakfast, catering for various diets. Close to Llandudno station and the main shopping area. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that the hotel is on 3 floors with no lift.

No complaints at all. We were able to check in on arrival well ahead of schedule, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and Janet provides a really nice breakfast. We would not hesitate to book again.

Everything was great. Rooms clean. Great location. Excellent breakfast each morning. Just a top B and B. Really enjoyed our stay.
