Very pleased convenience

Clean except for cobwebs. Nice en-suite reasonably comfortable bed. Only B&B I've stayed in that does not make beds or clean daily. Also I was the only one on the premises both nights which as a female travelling alone was a little scary. Came back from a meal out to find house in darkness. Had to feel my way up stairs as I could not find light switch. This is a real safety negative. Can't comment on the breakfast as I stayed room only.

Lovely guest house in a great location was hardly in the room as the area and weather was amazing but room was clean and comfortable good parking available walking distance to beach would definitely stay again

Exactly what I needed, a simple b&b to stay in for a couple of nights. Very clean and welcoming. Good cooked breakfast

An excellent pool ace to stay for our short trip into North Wales, would recommend to anyone.

The single room although small was nicely laid out with large windows and excellent ventilation. Shower pressure was v. Good as was hot water. Shower very small (600mm square) with door opening about 400mm so someone of large size would find it unusable. Was surprised and disappointed that there was no soap products of any sort (luckily had my own). Check in was good however never saw the hosts again after initial check in. Bus to Colwyn Bay just across the street and drop off point about 150m up the road. A pub 500m down the road and servo Costa 300m up the road. Stay was quiet and comfortable and good value

Great B&B , very clean and modern Run by friendly helpful couple Highly recommend for a short break or holiday In a great location for site seeing and very close to the beach and long walks Overall a great experience

We stayed at this hotel at weekend the hotel was clean the staff was very friendly took time out to come and chat to us the cooked breakfast was amazing nothing was too much trouble we will definately be staying again in the future thank you for having us 👍

The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for travel around north wales

Had a great stay , staff extremely helpful , a little bit of a drive from snowdonia but all in all was a great weekend away

We had booked as we were attending a funeral. Owners called us to check if we needed any extras and were more than happy for us to book in early so we could have a cup of tea and get changed.

I enjoyed the stay, Trev was fantastic very friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and clean. the shower was great and the morning breakfast was tasty and filling.
