The Dunes

The rooms were amazing, comfortable, and lavish. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating . The breakfast was amazing, really nice welsh food. The location is serene. The parking was free. The golf course view outside our room made the stay even better. Loved the bathroom, amenities were great. Well worth the price. Already planning a visit for longer.

Great location within walk of the beach. We were given an upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the first tee on the golf course. The accomodation was modern and comfortable.. We had a bar meal and also breakfast during our two night stay and the quality of the food and service were excellent. Two things that would improve the place would be a lift especially when lugging up suitcases up and down the long stairs! The other was the lack of a washer in the shower head. This was reported and we used the rain shower that was working well.

Lovely quiet peaceful location with parking and only a short walk to the town and beach , the staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was stunning and the bar was comfortable with enough choice of drinks. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again ( might even take up golfing)

Absolutely perfect. Gorgeous room with everything we needed. Staff were so welcoming & friendly. Comfortable beds & good quality linens & towels. Really good breakfast included. Definitely want to come back again.

Booked the room well in advance and had a confirmation and messages from the hotel in advance of our stay. Got to the hotel only to be told that they had no room for us. Poor lady at the front desk tried to help us but the manager stayed in the office and offered no help. Our advice would be to call ahead of your visit to make sure that you actually have a room - or better yet, stay elsewhere. We stayed at The Town Crier and we highly recommend for service, location, cleanliness and comfort.

Really enjoyed our long weekend stay at the Dunes, Tenby. Excellent location adjacent to south beach with views of the first tea & 18th green. Short walk into the town centre. Great facilities with attentive & helpful staff. Hope to return soon.

Short 2- night stop to visit Tenby and the surrounding area. Great location for the beach and short stroll into town.

We had a really great stay here for the weekend. After looking online at the hotels and other options in Tenby I found The Dunes to be a really cost effective alternative and it doesn’t matter if you don’t play golf! The room was lovely, clean and airy and the walk into town only took a few minutes. The welcome on reception was amazing and the breakfast really recommended.

The room was beautiful, but the first morning they received a brewery delivery at about 7am and it couldn't have been any louder if they'd tried... Throwing the big metal beer barrels around for a good 10-15 minutes, bang underneath all the hotel room windows. I couldn't get back to sleep afterwards!

Very friendly staff and all the meals had first class ingredients and were swiftly served. The room was spacious with attractive furnishings. Powerful shower and very useful large shelf in the bathroom. Towels dried quickly. There wasn’t a grab rail in the shower which might worry some people. The hotel is only ten minutes walk from the train station, beach and town centre, but is delightfully quiet, day and night. I would definitely like to stay again.

One of the best place Ive stayed in for a long time, everything about the stay was excellent, the staff the room, could not have wished for a better stay.
