Great polite and friendly staff. Tafadzwa was top of the list. Happy to recommend place for short stays.

No air conditioner. But the time of year it wasnt hot. Service was good, clean.

Have stayed here previously and felt it was great. This time around it felt different. The staff were excellent as usual but the general feel of the place felt like it was going backwards. The breakfast offering ruined it. Despite having a set eating time it was cooked well in advance and kept in a warmer. It was poor . Parking is very limited.

I really love this property and I love the garden. I hope one day they will put some Shona statues in the garden that was just top it off. However, if you book a standard room, expect to find met minor issues with it. If you book there, more expensive rooms, you’re likely not to find these minor issues. I ordered several dinner meals at an extra charge of $15 from the staff. I found a level of experience with cooking varied greatly that could be because I eat primarily a plant-based diet. I don’t think they get too many request for a plant-based diet in Zimbabwe. Hence there was a learning curve. However, there are several close by places to eat, like Cafe Nush And a Thai place across the street. All in all I had a lovely time at the Art Lodge.

If you’re a vegetarian, or a vegan, you’ll probably find food more to your liking in a restaurant. The gazebo room is outstanding, the other two rooms that I stated have minor issues. But the staff was very accommodating and kind.

Det var säkert och rent och nytenoverat.Servicen var inte så bra, ett fönster kunde inte stängas på rummet under 6 dagar utan åtgärd. Ingen safebox. Man kunde inte printa ut boardingpasses. De hade bara en nyckel till rummet som jag var tvungen att lämna varje dag, för städning, jobbigt. Under 6 dagar kunde de inte skapa en dublett. Dåligt. Annars fint område och god däkerhet på hotellet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a tremendous welcome from Stu, and throughout our stay service was excellent. The room was very comfortable, cool, clean and well presented with good facilities to warm up food. Breakfast was heart and satisfying. Internet - excellent. Location - very conveniently close to Sam Levy's shopping centre. Overall, an excellent choice for a stop over in Harare.

Art Lodges is a well run and amazingly hospitable. The staff are incredible, Boas was super helpful with everything. I will definitely be staying there again

The stuff team are fantastic. If you are a business person or a small family and you need some peace and tranquility - this is the place to be.

A home away from home! The staff were courteous, the hosts welcomed us warmly and we truly felt at home. We will definitely come back here We were housed in the study, a superior room in the main house and the room was superbly furnished with all the facilities you can expect in a top hotel. Very comfortable night’s sleep. The lodge is a short distance from Sam Levy’s village where one can access shops and food courts.

The staff was so good, they would bend over backward to help. I didn't like that our room opened out into the breakfast area, so at 8:00 all the men with big voices started talking. Besides that it was wonderful.

I had a big room with good shower and a small kitchen area. Nice communal lounge and dining area.
