Booked two nights for my daughter with breakfast buffet ,and there was miss understanding in restaurant where they were told expedia made an err whereas the booking clearly said "with breafast buffet " and was told to top up extra $13 per head if they wanted buffet . Whatever the restaurantwas trying to do please get it together. I called the hotel n spoke to the manager Pauline very nice lady . She apologized and took care of the situation. Other than that my family enjoy their stay here . Thanks to Pauline .

This is my third trip to Harare and I’ve stayed at several hotels and this is hands down THE BEST in price, cleanliness, amenities, food and SUPERIOR service! I’d like to give Special Thanks to Prince, Immaculate and Nathan for their outstanding customer service. These are people that really made my stay memorable and went the extra mile. However I can honestly say that EVERY staff member from the drivers, to security, to the housekeepers, to the food servers, bartenders and front desk agents - the staff is truly amazing. Fantastic pool and gym. Modern, elegance and charm. Top of the line toiletries, bedding and extras. 5 Stars; best place to stay in Harare! Thank you! You’ve got a guest for life! -Jessecca, USA

Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. Food takes up to 1 hour to serve so too long. Limited menu options that also don’t change. Good breakfast buffet but too expensive at $30pp. Otherwise recommend this hotel.

har bott på detta hotell många gånger genom året, vissa positiva förändringar har skett tex med trädgården. Rummen bra, vissa kvällar lite störningar i korridoren av andra gäster, Frukost mkt bra. Men övriga beställningar i trädgårdens servering under all kritik, Massa personal men ingen hade koll och allt tog lång tid, och rätt trist meny. Trevlig men okunnig personal

Hotel is average. Staff are friendly and very kind, I could see they are making serious effort as hotel staff.
Hotel has only two taxi vehicles for the guests, when all taxis out, we have to find other taxi near the hotel, but there are illegal money changers in front of the hotel, I felt uneasy about security.
