Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool.

Front desk personnel, Noma, in particular was amazing. She listened to all my requests and room needs. She cooked and served my breakfast with a big smile. The manager was very professional and hands on. He loves people. Very happy guy. Security guards were great.

The complimentary WiFi didn’t reach the rooms which was disappointing. The bathroom door didn’t stay closed for privacy. Other than this we enjoyed sitting around the pool and this location was a good value for the rate that was charged.
