It's like an onsen themed theme park! We came on late november so the weather outside was super chilly, which makes the outdoor foot bath all the more wonderful. Outdoor decorations was a lovely alice in wonderland theme along with some nice Christmas music. Would definitely go here again!

Note that the voucher must be redeemed before using. I opted to redeem at Harajuku Tourist Information Center (close to Takeshita Street) and went there on Monday afternoon by a free shuttle bus service from Tokyo Teleport St. There were not so many people making me able to try every single bath comfortably.

I didn’t get the tickets cause we thought that we can redeem at the store counter so we’ve paid it again in a full price before we enter.

Have a good time there. But you have to get a ticket at the airport

This xperience is a must. I never expect this to be this good. Unexpectedly enjoyable and fun. Make use of their shuttle bus for a convenient transfer. Don't be late because they are leaving exactly as the time shown there. Late for even a couple of second then you will miss the shuttle bus.

It's a great onsen, our first time and we happy about it. But we can not redeem the ticket for children, I bought 2 tickets for children, so I need to buy again from the counter. If you buy ticket for children you might not be able to redeem it, just buy it from the counter, it’s not that much of a different.

Actually the place... ambience and else is very good... U can borrow yukata for free and can change again if wet... But my bad... I forgot to redeem the ticket at airport... So all of us should buy the ticket again... So don't forget to read term and condition...

Tukar tiket asli di bandara Haneda (dapat digunakan kapan pun). Di hari terakhir saya di Tokyo saya merelakskan diri disini. Onsen sangat bersih, nyaman, cocok sekali untuk melepas penat. Terdapat loker berbayar untuk koper besar seharga 500 yen untuk 24jam, loker sepatu dan tas kecil gratis. Banyak pilihan makanan di dalam serta banyak kegiatan seperti berendam air panas (terdapat hairdryer dan peralatan mandi lengkap), pijat, kursi pijat, fish spa dan lain-lain. Orang bertato tidak boleh masuk

We come to the place not knowing that the voucher must be exchanged to ticket at airport. Thus we finally buy new ticket at Oedo with higher price. (Though it's partially my fault not reading all the terms). The place itself was really good, lots of foods & activities, suitable for family and partner. Regards

ไปถึงยื่นเวาเชอร์ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ แต่ใช้งานไม่ได้ ต้องให้แลกบัตรจริงที่สนามบินมาก่อน แต่เราโทรตรวจสอบกับ call center ก่อนมาแล้วบอกว่าใช้ได้เลยไม่ต้องแลก และในใบเวาเชอร์ก็ไม่มีบอกว่าต้องแลก แย่มาก เสียเวลา เสียเงินฟรี

ติในเรื่องของรายละเอียดของ Traveloka ระบุว่านำไปแลกบัตรได้ที่หน้างานแต่พอไปถึง Oedo เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าต้องแลกเป็นตั๋วที่สนามบินมาก่อน เลยแจ้งปัญหาทาง Traveloka ไป ซึ่งก็ได้รับความรับผิดชอบกลับมาดีค่ะ มีการโอนเงินคืนให้ ส่วนภายใน Oedo ด้านในมีซุ้มอาหาร ที่นั่ง หรือนอนพักเลยก็ได้ เปิดถึงเช้าเลย มีเกมให้เล่น บ่อแช่เท้าเป็นบ่อรวมไม่ต้องแก้ผ้า ส่วนออนเซ็นแช่ตัวมี outdoor และ indoor จะแยกหญิงชาย ถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีค่ะ

Great experience when in tokyo

Oh my...! this is one good different experience one must have in Japan! It was 6 of us and all of us were happy. First we have to redeem a physical voucher at JTR counter at narita terminal 2. In arrival hall, when you see starbuck on the left, just walk to the right (do not take the elevator down). The counter is on the left hand side, small counter you might miss the sign if you don't carefully see. With a set of kimono and hotspring pool, this surely a must try experience!
