Although we had made a booking but was advised by staff that no bikes were available for our height and was consulted if smaller bikes is ok for us. After rejection, staff (young gentlemen) was helpful to find us bikes that fit us. We enjoy our ride. Thank you.

Fazly and his team were very friendly and nice but they made a mistake in providing me and my family with only 15mins fun ride instead of the Eco Adventure ride which we have booked. Would the vendor be providing us the opportunity to get to go on the Eco-Adventure ride that we were originally entitled to? I hope Traveloka can be in touch with me for the above arrangement.

It was not clear that I was not signing up for the Segway ride, because of those pictures taken with people using a Segway. I ended up riding a mountain bicycle with terrible seat cushions.

We select the wrong category, call up to do an exchange but advice by the staff, we can't do that. The kids were a bit disappointed

the cycling path was not too long, about 1hr or less to complete

Bicycles quality very bad. Not even good to cycle. Super uncomfortable.

This is a really fun ride & staff Fadzly were super helpful in guiding my mum even though they had language barriers! He was super attentive to her and guided her just by her side! They also really earnestly disinfect the segway & helmet after every use! Would recommend to others to come! Price a little ex for the ride distance/time.

I am thankful for the staff for allowing us to continue with our booking although Traveloka booked one day later (MONDAY). The bikes though were horrible! Super hard time cycling, gears had issues changing. I rented 4 bikes. Luckily totally paid for by sgVoucher if not sure sian. In their defense, the staff was all very nice and friendly. But we were there for their bicycles, not their staff.
