Sangat memuaskan... Pelayanannya juga bagus

It was fine at the first 30 mins, me and fiance enjoy the treatment and about to fall asleep, then suddenly came a group of guest make noise. Therapist was very polite, helpful. We loved ginger tea. Would be nice if the front office/receptionist add more smile & greeting.

During my purchase in Traveloka, it mention that it is a 90 minutes facial. However when I arrived at Eska, they told me that it is only 60 minutes and Traveloka did a mistake with the time. I feel cheated. I hope Traveloka will take responsibility and compensate me for the wrong information.
