Ga pernah gagal sih irwanteam klo masalah kualitas. The best salon kerastase menurutku. Udh keliling treatment di hampir semua salon kerastase di jkt tp ttp balik lagi ke irwanteam meskipun lbh pricey d banding salon kerastase lain. Saran kalo ke Irwanteam GI request mas dwi. Udah paling the best pijetannya..

I purchased a haircut voucher with Sandy. Upon arrival, the staff gave warm greeting. The voucher redemption was easy too and the staff was helpiing me out in the process. The place is clean and cozy. All the staff are nice and friendly. Sandy really did a great job in cutting my hair, I love the result very much. Definitely will be back again! Thank you!

I have been a regular visitor at Irwan Team Salon GI for their creambath treatment, and I must say, it's always a delightful experience! The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel pampered and relaxed throughout the treatment. The hair dryer exploded during hair drying process. However the staffs are good. They need to do regular checking & maintenance of the products.
