Well I had a good time... Like how they treat and massage customer... The staff friendly

Face acupressure duration should be 45 min. In reality, therapist only massaged my face for 10 min. She used the remaining 35 min to clean my face (so thoroughly that it took her 10 min to remove my minimum make-up), to apply lotion & mask, then to peel off the mask (she was struggling so she took another 5 min for this step alone), and to change water. The pressure was bleh. Therapist asked why I wasn’t asleep, how am I supposed to fall asleep with a 10 min massage? I’d rather go to another place any day

Pijat dg terapis junior 90menit tapi kurang ok pijatannya, cuma keras aja tp tidak pas di titik yang pegal. Tempat bersih, resepsionis ramah dan mudah untuk redeemnya.

Good places and massage. Good ambience. Just when I entered the room wasn't clean up yet, then they put me in another room.

Great! Especially liked the item that kept my back warm and really comforted my back pain.

Ruangan tidak kedap suara, AC terlalu dingin sampai harus dimatikan (seharusnya bisa disesuaikan saja suhunya dari awal krn waktu itu sedang hujan deras), mungkin backsound lagu bisa dikecilkan sedikit. Saat face treatment, therapist terasa kurang menguasai teknik. Body massage jg terasa kurang. Saat sampai di rumah, punggung malah sakit dan pegal.

It's really relaxing. The little "extras" make Yu Yuan Tang different, e.g. hot towel to rub the legs, hot stone pillow for the back. However, the room is a bit small, and a bit noisy as it is not sound proof, so a little disturbing when you can hear people walk by in front of the room.

I was so disappointed because Traveloka was late to inform the hotel for package that I took therefore they could not provide me the package as I chose.

Suasana seperti ruang sekat-sekat jadi agak membuat seperti masuk lorong, terapis bagus, Saya merasa nyaman dan sesuai permintaan, toilet yang harus diperbaiki biar lebih nyaman untuk khusus wanita/pria

Suka message sama refleksi. Kalau mau nyari yang bikin seger, ga sakit badan mesti ke sini. Tekniknya bikin sakit badan jadi seger. Harga emang pricey dibanding tempat yang lain tapi worth it lahhh

The massage was so good and the chair is so comfortable. definitely will come back to yuyuantang!
