Waktu datang ke salon bilang mau pake traveloka, respon kasirnya judes. Gw ambil paket creambath 2, terus ditanya mau dikeringin gak rambutnya? Kalau mau harus nambah seharga blow rambut. Lah gw bingung & gw tanya kalau gak ambil paket blow gimana? Mbanya bilang ya basah-basah. Are you kidding me? Bayar creambath 95.000++ ga pake dikeringin rambutnya? Jadi mau ga mau ya udah nambah blow deh 54rb/orang, daripada rambut gw basah-basah keluar dari salon. Untung mba-mba yg creambathin gw baik banget. Repurchase = (sorry) big no banget deh

Unprofessional staff! Need to wait for 20 minutes for the treatment because the reception didn't really know how to redeem the voucher. 2nd, the treatment stated 90 minutes but reality only 60 minutes. 3rd, need to pay extra for hair wash and blow dry! are u kidding me?! Is it possible to do hair creambath without washing and drying after? Very bad service and not worth the money!
