我在Kokuo Reflexology的体验非常棒。从我走进的那一刻起，这里的氛围就令人感到平静舒缓——非常适合在忙碌的一周后放松身心。工作人员友好专业，并且训练有素，掌握了专业的穴位按摩技巧，真正帮助我缓解紧张和疲劳。 足部反射疗法让我感到非常放松，治疗师知道如何根据我的需求调整力度。我还很喜欢这里的整洁环境、柔和的灯光和舒适的椅子。

这是我第一次来Kokuo，体验非常棒！我尝试了60分钟的Reflexy按摩，非常喜欢。按摩效果很棒，氛围也非常放松。我一定会再来的。

The ambiance was very relaxing, the reclining chair was comfortable, the therapist was skillful, they also provided short pants for those who wore tight jeans, the options of drinks and snacks were also nice (I got hot matcha latte and bread). Will definitely come again!

Dari mulai datang menunjukkan tiket, saya disambut dengan baik oleh semua staff di sana. Tempatnya sangat nyaman, bersih, dan dinginnya pas. Ini sangat recommended banget untuk remaja jompo seperti yang kerjanya berdiri terus 9 jam. Kokuo paling best deh kalau soal treatment, apa lagi kalau ambil yang premium, beh mantap.

For the first-timers, the location of Kokuo @ Sency is rather tricky to find, but the overall experience was totally worth it. Regarding the service quality of the therapist, it was okay. I personally prefer a harder and stronger massage pressure, and my therapist was quite okay at that time. The experience was rounded off with a complimentary high tea, including a semi-barista made selection of espresso-based beverages.
