前台很不专业，顾客们大声闲聊。让顾客听到你的生活很不合适。他们笑容不够灿烂，我离开的时候他们甚至不理我……不过到目前为止，治疗师们都还算友善。

太放松了。 不过按摩室里的音乐有时有点吵，按摩时会让人分心。总的来说，一切都很好。

理疗师服务很棒，氛围舒适，兑换券流程也很快。感谢华SPA的接待。🫶🏻

我们订了情侣套餐，感觉超级棒，放松又私密。套餐包含咖啡博物馆之旅、按摩水疗，我们还吃了他们的晚餐（麻婆豆腐真的太好吃了，我超爱！）。他们还可以按照我们的要求接我们，然后开车送我们回目的地。 按摩也非常棒，按摩师给我按摩的时候我甚至睡着了🤭 值得一试！

工作人员和治疗师都非常友好，治疗效果也非常好。强烈推荐！

The therapist definitely needs training how to give treatment. The technique was painful, and she doesn’t know how to positioning herself during the treatment. I even complained when she sat on my back, and she said she was not, but in fact I can feel the weight. The drapping technique was also poor, it made me feel ashamed.

Came to reception right after a huge tour group finished their session. Tried getting the attention of the receptionists (there were 3 people) multiple times to get me checked in for the treatment but they were to busy selling massage oil to the tourists. The massage itself was very nice even though treatment rooms were shady. Changing room is next to the receptionist, then you have to walk to the treatment room (throught stairs and corridors) just wearing a thin kimono with other people doing the same thing. No private changing room in the changing room, you have to do it in the shower or toilet cubicle.
