That was an incredible concert by IU. Since the ticketing until after concert, the service was great. Changing e-ticket into handband was surprisingly easy and queueing isn't bored anymore because of my friends and venue euphoria. Totally recommended

Was amazing seeing IU for the first time. I recommend staying at the nearest hotel to get some rest before and after the concert.

IU's existence in the music industry means THE WHOLE WORLD to me, and i just realized that when I watched her live in LOVE, POEM TOUR in Jakarta concert. I have waited for her since 2010 to come here and the fact that she really came here i couldn't contain my tears. They kept coming down from the beginning since the end of the concert. Thank you for singing, IU. It was a meaningful 3++ hours. It was worth the wait. Best way to end 2019.

Ticketing issue... Even after concert started there's double seat problem...

IU was super sweet and the concert was very nice, started on time, well organized. Enjoyed and had best times.

Best night of my 2019 goes to 28th Dec 2019! She’s so so beautiful and charming in person! Her voice is so shining shimmering splendid. It was a really friendly concert, she talked to us a lot and always made eye contact. She also has a cute personality, and cute interaction with her band and backdancers! We sing a long throughout the concert and even IU herself shocked by that lmao.

Merasa dirugikan, saya membeli tiket gold dengan harga normal, tetapi teman saya yang membeli tiket bronze malah diganti dengan tiket gold tanpa ada penambahan biaya disebabkan adanya kesalahan sistem pada traveloka.

Even though the ticket war was disappointing because some people could buy the ticket before the official ticket selling hour, the concert was truly amazing. Tennis Indoor Senayan was such a great venue for intimate concert.

Finally for the first time can see IU concert show in Indonesia, and it's so great...
