Akses transportasi ke Indonesia Arena sangat mudah dan dekat dengan hotel. Panggung 360° sangat memungkinkan untuk melihat artisnya dengan lebih jelas. Venue sejuk dan bisa melihat artis dr posisi manapun. makasih kak

Penukaran tiket sangat mudah, antrean tidak terlalu lama dan cukup cepat.

saat penukaran tiket cepat, tempat konser juga sangat nyaman,hanya saja ada bbrp ketentuan konser yang kurang

Semua sangat bagus apalagi panggungnya tapi hanya satu yang menurut saya kurang tiketnya di jual mahal di awal tapi saat hari H sangat murah hingga ada yang beli 200 rb harusnya si jangan gitu karena kasian yang beli di awal

Ticket Redemption: There is no proper signages on site for us to refer when we arrived at the area where the event is taking place. So I have to ask around to make sure I went to the correct location for ticket redemption. Queuing Experience: I'm a numbered-seated ticket holder & so far I have no problem with the queueing experience as I'm able to go inside the concert arena without queueing for a very long time. Event Quality: The event quality is really good but it's all thanks to the performers. Credit will goes to them only. Crowd Control: No crowd control at all. I don't see any of the staff/security doing any crowd control especially outside the concert arena. Others: I'm one of the benefit holder but I did not manage to get my group photo session with any of the artist. Why? Because there is no proper instruction on where we should meet/gather around for the group photo session. Only after the timing passed, when I already entered the gate, only then I know that the meet up point was at that area. Overall, the performance of each artist is saving the lack of coordination of the overall event.

Overall it was a nice experience. It’s just that i had a seat number, which is actually front row of tribune literally, blocked by the fences at the tribune 😊🙏🏻 Anyway, the concert was great, the queueing was okay almost no obstacle at all. Thank you traveloka

acara seru banget, tapi ada beberapa hal yang agak kurang dari staff.. semoga next event lebih terkoordinir lagi,

first, the stage and the sound system are quite nice, there enough toilets and prayer area. the down vote is, to think that promotor don't allow us to bring any drinks we buy from sponsors even snacks that promotor itself gave to fans are really weird. i've been attended so many kpop concerts but this is the first someting like this happened. you should tell us before the securities took it all. even worse, you told fans at CAT2 area to move to CAT1 while the singers are performing and don't let fans used stairs, only used 1 elevator that so dangerous because everyone try not to missed the performance but can't even move down. you should told fans to move seat when fans ready to enter venue after break. maybe it's because the first time you held kpop concert, so please improve for the next events. overall i still can enjoy all performances. thank you

1. Event was delayed by an hour or two. The performers all tried to still start on time but something got delayed anyway. Ateez couldn't perform all of their songs, think they had to cut 2 or 3 songs bc they had to catch a flight. 2. Staff's English wasn't good, crowd control during queues could've been MUCH better. 3. Security and staff can't agree on which rules to follow regarding water bottles, snacks and parfume. 4. Sound system was TERRIBLE. It showed the most during soundcheck and during Colde's on-stage performance (after soundcheck).

lain kali mohon untuk diperhatikan lagi ya tentang tiketing. karna banyak bgt yg menjanggal. dari tiket presale 1 yg sangat gaib, trs ada presale 2 tp harga naik. abis tu tiket yg gensale banyak yg ga sold. yg sold cuma standing aja. trs tbtb ada bundling tiket sama next event, volunteer tapi gajelas. event udh h- brp tp baru announce bakal ada volunteer gitu, tp malah gaada tindak lanjut. area venue enak bangetttt, indonesia arena adem bgt. sangat rekomended buat dipake konser yaa

acaranya seru, artis nya apalagi kapan lagi bisa ketemu banyak artis keren disatu acara venuenya adem, deket kemana2, toilet didalem juga bersih promotornya mau dengerin request penonton ticketing nya juga aman ga ada kendala apa2
