the staffs were friendly. the crowds were nicely managed. the performance was something!!! and choosing Traveloka as the ticket partner is great idea; easy and quick to process. however I think the sound could have been louder (especially for the vocalist) and the AC was kind of poor....SO HOT, though not really many people inside. over all, the management were great, but the AC of balai pemuda & sound could be better. love to come again!
