good service. they provide doctor consultation for covid-19 test but the minus is it takes 1 day for serology test result

Service was good but waiting time was long. I don’t mind waiting to take the test but even to take the result you have to wait and queue for a long time because there is only one admin taking care of patients. Also the result takes 1 working day so it is not very fast considering many other places offer same day results

Pelayanannya sangat ramah, tapi lebih baik pastikan dulu dengan telpon call centernya prodia ya saat mau tes, soalnya memastikan dokternya bisa sampai jam berapa. So far pelayanannya cepat dan baik, dokternya pun sangat ramah. Hasilnya ga bisa hari itu tapi besoknya, yang mau tes di hari sabtu pasti hari senin keluarnya.
