Proses reservasi lama dan dioper-oper

One of the staff who take my sample (it's a man) take the sample too deep until my head hurt, my eyes crying, and I can taste metallic in my mouth. I think he took the sample too deep. Because it's my 10 times experience taking the pcr test, but I never feel this hurt.

Awalnya agak bingung pas reservasi krn prosedurnya menurut aku yang disampaikan di traveloka ga lengkap. Tapi overall okay aja dan cepet prosesnya setelah jelas harus bagaimana.

The whole process was very quick! I arrived around 9am and it only took me about 5 mins. The staff members were also very professional, from the verification process up to the swab/sample collection stage. The place is also easily accessible. Highly recommended!
