Janji hasil paling lama 40jam krna ada sistem issue nyatanya 48jam bahkan lebih gak keluar hasilnya dan gak ada cs nya jga!

Staff cepat dan responsif, ternyata voucher traveloka ini hanya untuk pembayaran saja, saat disana harus registrasi lg via website Bumame, jd saat dtg sebaiknya sudah regis ulang supaya cepat di antrian

hanya berfungsi utk bayar. harus order lg via website bumame..

Prosesnya sangat cepat kurang dr 5 menit.

staff was unnecessarily rude, the "yell at your face" rude, from the minute we rolled down our window. he half-yelled complaining about how the registration through traveloka was different and bothersome. what? it was our first time using bumame and frankly as a customer, we don't really care about the procedure/SOP behind the desk? like, he could've simply assisted us step by step in a calm and professional manner, or idk sent someone else more civilized if he didn't bother to deal with us? he was half yelling all the way. it was stressful. didn't make sense if he wanted to rush us, cos the drive-thru queue at the time was normal, not that long and hectic.

Tidak perlu turun dari mobil, tapi waktu omicron naik kemarin antrian cukup panjang dan tunggunya lumayan lama.

I was told that the quota from Bumame already went out. But they told me to buy from Traveloka. It was easy and went smoothly with the purchase from Traveloka. However, when I redeemed it, then the administration problem came. I need to sycn it with my Bumame account. Then the staff get confused on how to sync it with their payment account. It is not automatically registered into the Bumame account. It took almost an hour for the process. So exhausted.

Hasil test sangat lama keluarnya tidak sesuai dengan waktu yg sudah tertulis, dan hasil test tidak masuk di peduli lindungi!

The process was quite quick, but the employees seem confused about the redeem process and had to constantly asked other team members
