Kindly get updates from Kidzooona AEON Mall Cheras Selatan. While they claim to be opened by 1000am onwards on Mondays, which I arrived with my kids promptly, only to be told that they will only be opening at 0230pm onwards as they are currently doing clean up. When asked why it wasn't announced anywhere in the premises/website of this change of time, I was told that it has been their usual practice, and that "it doesn't require a written announcement because everybody is already aware of it"... apparently I am not part of "everybody". I had to rearrange my schedule for my kids to play at 0230pm since the ticket I bought is non-refundable. Upon reaching Kidzooona, I was allowed in, only to find out that the inflatable slide area, which was the main attraction, was still closed. As such, my kids was only left with pretend play, which they could have easily played within the comfort of their own room. Waste of money, waste of my time... And despite me being a frequent visitor to Kidzooona locations, registration takes way too long and tedious, especially when I am stuck carrying one young toddler alone and a restless 3 year old...

Very good environment for kids.

Suasana tempat okay.... Cuma lantai kotor sedikit. Staf baik baik...... Hrga ticket oklah...

Kidzoonia Cheras Selatan, just ''OK'' place to spend time. But I got cheaper price from Traveloka and consider have good time. Thanks Traveloka

Sangat sesuai utk bawa ank2 kecil dari umur 2 thn hingga 12 thn ke sini... Ibu bapa juga bole bersantai sambil menunggu si cilik bermain dan bole juge mengurut badan kerana di sini ade disediakan mesin kerusi urut... Semua permainan dalam keadaan elok dan bersih... Staff2 disini juge sangat peramah dan kerap mengemas serta mengelap semua barang permainan disini..

Kids happy, mommy also happy too....nest experience with traveloka voucher.. easy to redeem voucher..

The playground's space a bit cramped and the equipment provided was not in good condition.
