Contact personnya (mbak putri) ramah, helpful banget... Setelah seawalker, bisa snorkeling juga dan berenang di kolam renang resortnya... worth it

Seru, mas dan mba yang bantu ramah. Fasilitas helmnya bersih, kebetulan cuaca mendukung air laut jernih melihat ikan banyak. Anak2 sangat menikmati. Kamar mandi bilasnya diberikan fasilitas kamar mandi di spa hotel.

Tidak jadi sea walker karena ada kesalahan teknis dari pihak penyelenggara

It scared at the first, later we enjoyed the adventure...

Peralatan yang sangat tidak memadai, dan staff yang tidak professional. Seharusnya semua peralatan dicek setiap hari, apalagi berkaitan dengan resiko safety yang sangat tinggi. Peralatan yang ada sangatlah memprihatinkan, sudah kelihatan lusuh, boat yang menjemput kami pun juga sangat tidak memadai, demikian halnya dengan kapal besar dan peralatan untuk masuk ke dalam airpun, padahal tiket ini cukup mahal. Kami sudah menghabiskan waktu dan teransport untuk datang ke lokasi tapi ternyata peralatannya rusak, hal ini sangat mengecewakan.

Konsep bagus, memberi petualangan baru dan pelayanan pihak hotel grand mirage sangat bagus. Tapi sayang air di lokasi menyelam kurang jernih.

Walking on the sea with many beautiful fishes in Bali is one of great experience you have to try! It was exciting and memorable. Sea walker bali at grand mirage resort is best among all. The instructor and all staff member were very welcome, kind and professional, you will felt safe and fun. The resort also has nice ambiance, you can take shower with complete facilities, for the grill you need to worry about your hair because they also provide hair dryer.
