not as great as what we expected, most of the game stations closed and under maintenance

My friend and I had so much fun there.

I’m glad that I bought the ticket here. It is slightly cheaper than normal price. I took 3 hours packages, should buy 2 hours package instead as the venue is not that big to explore. Note that there will be an extra fee for socks (they require some sort of anti glide sock to use inside) and locker.

It's so fun! And easy to buy the ticket. 2hours is not enough actually.

It's slightly cheaper to purchase your tickets here than on the website. The ticket redemption was quite easy (no physical tickets were required). The staffs were very very friendly and supportive. I went on a Sunday and it was not crowded at all. Please keep in mind that you have to pay RM5 for the grip socks (unless you bring yours) and RM5 for the locker.

Hey guys.Whoever reading this. I can assure you this ticket is valid at the counter. The games were great. Friendly staff. Recommended buying thru traveloka to experience a smoother check-in process. Not only that you could save a few bucks also. There was locker provided. Sweaty I'd say but of course, worth it. Bring along your crackhead peeps and you're set to go!

need to pay extra fees as the staff mentioned it is school holidays. although bought a ticket from Traveloka the tix is for weekdays. had to pay around RM52 per person and get pair of socks and rent a locker. however nice experience there

The place was great and taken good care of, with just a few wear and tear on the facility. I wish they could improve the reception service. The receptionist did not know how to handle using Traveloka vouchers and caused a delay. The staff that took care of the stations are very friendly and attentive. My friends and I had lots of fun.
