After purchasing the ticket, I checked Bali Best Adventure’s Instagram account to inform my booking as this platform suggested. There are several IG accounts with the same name and it took me time to make sure I found and contacted the right account. I DMed them and the response was fast. They redirected me to WhatsApp and gave further info & the contact of the man who would manage my booking on the spot. They allowed reschedule and handled it seamlessly, which is great. The waiting time to get to the parasailing boat took about 30 minutes. The parasailing crews on were helpful and quick to put on the safety gears on me. They gave clear & simple instructions. To my surprise, I was only up in the air for less than 5 minutes, which is quite disappointing (I took a video of it). This also happened to other guests that were in the boat. The boat later dropped us at a different dropping point from the starting point. They provided free car shuttle service to get to the starting point (ca. 1 km). As for the jet ski, they provided an instructor for a single and unexperienced rider like myself to help steer the jet ski. I rode for only 1 lap (ca. 5 minutes). This was different from what’s advertised on this platform as it said 15-minutes ride of jet ski. It turned out that the 15-minute ride is a different package with a different price that is much higher than the one I purchased. Fortunately I had my phone with me when I was out in the sea and I had to make a phone call to call the person who managed my booking to obtain this information after I got off the jet ski. Perhaps the information should be updated and made very clear for all of us.
