For first timers, Heaven’s corner (the activity provider) gave an instructor. A day before, they’ll confirm the time range for the activity since it depends on the tide. I had a lot of fun and was glad I did my first SUP experience here in Bali with Heaven’s corner.
I highly recommend it!
