Jamie, our tour coordinator is hands down, very very helpful and accommodating! She communicated very well from our transfers to our tour, we even forgot to get our ETDF and she did her best to contact the tour guide and give it to us in time for our next island tour. I didn’t know what to expect with booking through traveloka but I was glad I did! Victor was the best tour guide on our Island tour B as well! So funny and helpful, he helped my mom a lot! Thank you, what great experience with Hello El Nido!

The food is amazing! The tour started on time so we had time to visit all attractions!

Amazing experience. This is the tour to get when you have plenty of time in El Nido. Tour B is still great, but when we had the tour it was pretty high tide so we didn’t get to see Snake Island, but still it was fantastic one. Thank you Traveloka!

It says that the tour will include the snorkeling gear but when we asked for it she said that it’s not included. If we had known it from the start we would have rent/buy it beforehand. The same company with the tour A that I booked and the tour A did give us their snorkeling gear to use. The guide was lazy and we departed like more than an hour late. A lot of people were waiting longer than me. The destination is not really interesting compare to tour A and C.

Hello El Nido Tours that Traveloka partnered with made us walked from the hotel to their office to the pier, did not provide the snorkel before the voyage, gave us a grumpy and lazy tour guides who made us eat lunch at past 1pm, our food was prepared while the cook were smoking cigarettes! We had 5 itineraries but by 12noon, we were already on our 4th since they just gave 25-45 min for us to stay on the first 3 itineraries which wasn't enough even for picture taking and no time for snorkeling.
