They keep handover me to another tour guide to arrange the activity. Slow response from the local tour agent.

we purchased 8 tickets including kids age 5 and 6, one adult was paid but did not join the travel therefore we should have one vacant seat making the trip more comfortable.. the kids should have an allotted seat in the van since they are paid but the driver of the van and the tour agency overbooked and had the kids sit on their parents lap for the entire trip!!! they even went to the city to pick up other guests that were not booked via traveloka. it was an awful experience. never book via app. no one in traveloka can explain why the travel and tours and the driver behaved that way. and why the kids weren't provided seats. Never again. better if you book directly in Puerto princesa at least you know who to contact in case things like this happen . we were also not informed that there will be a crewship which will be a priority for the underground river tour. we were told a day before that the pick up time will be 7am but we were picked up at 9am! 2 hours delayed! we requested refund because we are uncomfortable in the van and we were on the afternoon trip but to no avail. the contact person in this traveloka booking, their partner travel and tour didn't do anything to resolve the issue that we experienced. Never ever book here, people lacks accountability if anything bad happens during the trip.

Amazing and breathtaking scenery made by nature itself. The zipline across the sea is a must try.

There was no confirmation a day before the activities. I had to initiate contacting them even I emailed them 3 days before our arrival. We were clueless if the activity will push through the next day because there was no communication at all from the provider. Other than that good experience.

Great place, great food. Very helpful staff and friendly people. Tour guide was great. The waiting time for the tour is expected since there are a lot of tourists. Overall it's a great experience 😁

The trip was great! We had much fun when we opted to avail the zipline and the mangrove tour. The tamilok tastes really good!

I would definitely go back to Palawan and book through Traveloka. It was a seamless transaction and a fun-filled experience.

The cave was better than I expected! It's so crazy! It was cool to see monkeys as well, and the buffet was amazing. Please note that most of your day will be spend waiting around. It is very easy to lose your driver/van/guide/group/boat! It is very disorganized! You will be told one thing and then told another! You might wait 30 min, might wait 3 hours! The tourism board/coast guard/TPTB has a way of doing things that takes forever and is unorganized and the tour guides have no power over it.

It was my third time to visit Puerto Princesa Underground River. At first, I was apprehensive because the local partner of Traveloka which I had been consistently ringing would not answer my call to confirm the exact time they would fetch us at our hotel. But they replied early in the morning of our tour. So no problem with that after all. The lunch buffet was satisfactory. I loved the vegetables and bananas and more bananas. Oh by the way, your rate is by far the lowest. Nice!
