游轮不值得五星，船很旧，食物也很一般。等待火车和回程巴士的时间很长。

It was an enjoyable trip. The cruise is suitable for those who want some leisure days to admire the natural beauty and food of the region. I was afraid that the place would be filled with trash like some people mentioned, but in fact, it has been cleaned pretty well. There was virtually no floating trash. It had rained for several days, so the water was not very clear, but the emerald color was so typical.  There is nothing to complain about the staff or the service. Both the guide and the staff on board were very enthusiastic, and the food was well prepared. The highlight is the views from the decks and the balcony of the room, which is what I looked for on this trip.  Activities for the trip were various. Most were exploring places and were mostly laid-back. However, if you want some excitement, you can go kayaking on the second day. I chose the safer option of being on a boat.  What I didn't like about the trip was the island we went to for swimming. It was quite small, with too many people, and services like fresh water for showering were not available. We went right back to our cruise ship, so it was not that irritating, but still, I recommend going hiking.

We skipped some free activities to stay in our cabin. That's how comfortable the cabin was. Loved the experience!

Waking up to the view of Ha Long Bay from our bed felt like a movie. The staff made our short stay incredibly comfortable

The itinerary covered all the highlights of Halong bay. There were many boats during the day, but at night the bay was very quiet and peaceful it felt like we had the bay to ourselves

Hành trình từ lúc đón gia đình mình ở HN đến lúc đưa về tận nơi rất suôn sẻ. Nhiều hoạt động vui chơi trên tàu trong lúc ngắm cảnh vịnh xung quanh.

Everything was great. The schedule wasn’t in a rush and the tour guide was really helpful when it came to announcing the activities list. The food was not as good as expected since I thought the quality and the variety should be a 5-star cruise’s quality. It was a great experience overall!

Secara keseluruhan menyenangkan. Hanya saja air kamar mandi kecil & air hangat tdk stabil, sinyal wifi tidak terlalu kuat, tdk diberikan air minum saat makan. Pengalaman yg tidak akan dilupakan, thanks untuk Manager Dan & crews 👍

This cruise was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The itinerary was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time

Trải nghiệm đi tàu sang chảnh qua đêm trên vịnh khác hẳn với lần đầu mình đi HL nửa ngày. Cảm giác như một chuyến du lịch tới một nơi mới hoàn toàn vậy.

The food were all incredible, especially the seafood. Very relaxing tour, highly recommend

We did couple of activities offboard such as visiting the pearl farm and kayaking and it was so much fun. The cruise was luxurious with impeccable service
