这次旅行真的令人印象深刻，尤其是火车之旅非常刺激，去寺庙也很有趣，特别是我们去巧克力店的时候，真的非常有趣，司机非常友好和善良。

tidak ada yg salah dengan pemandu. pemandu baik n cekatan. tapi paket trip ini perlu diupdate karena museum coklat ternyata sudah tutup dan berbeda waktu yg dijdwlkn, di paket selesai jam 3.30 tpi di pemandu ternyata hanya smp jam 2. jujur paket ini krg worthed. bisa pergi sendiri. hrs baca keterangan dgn teliti krn trip ini hny untuk biaya antar ke lokasi wisata, tidak termasuk tiket

I think it could be my mistake for not reading the itinerary properly. It's not the driver's fault. but for those who would like to visit penang Hill and Temple Tour, you would have saved yourself a fortune if you had ordered a Grab driver or if you had your own transport; drive it. I originally thought the driver will accompany us together throughout the journey and even help to collect our ticket, it ended up that I have to queue for the train ride to Penang Hill and up the temple ride.

Nothing great about this package, only provide transport to the Penang Hill ticking point and to the temple, no tour guide showing us around. Have to buy train ticket myself. Also lunch is not provided. Visit to Chocolate factory also turns out to be a shop selling overpriced chocolate and coffee.

It was a nice vacation... The driver was on time

Vì tôi đến đây vào dịp Tết Nguyên Đán nên các cửa hàng hầu như đóng cửa. Tôi rất thích dimsum ở Taitong nhưng việc gọi món hơi vất vả chút. Hầu như mọi người rất ngạc nhiên vì tôi là người Việt Nam. Tôi thích cảm giác đi bộ những con đường có tranh nghệ thuật. Và điều ấn tượng nhất là tôi gặp rất nhiều mèo, Bồ câu, quạ. Tất cả dịch vụ nên đặt trước để tránh phải xếp hàng, tôi đã book các dịch vụ thông qua Traveloka và thành toán luôn để tránh phải đổi quá nhiều tiền.

The train was closed from 6-14 Jan 2020 due to annual maintenance, exactly on the date that I booked. There was no info whatsoever from Traveloka. In order to get to the hill, I have to rent a 4WD jeep from an on-site car rental for RM 160 to take us up and down within 30 mins! Once we were on the hill, we only got 20 mins to take some pics because everything else was closed, couldn't do anything. So disappointing & waste of money. The rest of the tour were OK, the driver (Mr. Oleh-Oleh) was helpful.

Paket hanya antar jemput hotel ke tujuan & sebaliknya (Bila sekeluarga pasti rugi). Masuk objek apapun kita harus bayar lagi. Harus antri tiket dan antri naik gondola yang lama, waktu habis sia-sia. Mobil dengan waktu yang terbatas. Mau nikmati apapun, ngemil saja waktu tidak ada.

I thought it was a real tour with include the admission pass and a tour guide but real thing is just driver who drop and pick us

The "tour" should be describing as a transportation service to pick up from hotel, take us to the hill and the temple and place for have lunch, and go back to hotel... not as "tour" service...

Saya diberi pemandu wisata yg ramah, yg mau menceritakan tentang Penang dan sangat membantu saya dalam mencari keperluan. Saya dihubungi pihak traveloka dan penjemputan on time. Secara keseluruhan service yg diberikan Traveloka sangat baik.

Friendly driver, and flexible destinations... Great experience

Driver was punctual and nice. The temple was so amazing and what an awesome experience went up to Penang hill with a train. What a breathtaking view during the ride!

There was a misunderstood on tour duration but all solved.

There is a miss understood on how long the trip duration was, but all settle after I contact traveloka and they connect me to the travel agent.

Seruuu... Naik kereta ke atas bukit, sampai di atas bisa melihat pemandangan bagus banget, seruuu pokoknya

The driver is friendly. We like the habitan tour on upstair of Penang hill.
