由于导游没有检查，马朗市的接客时间延误了 1.2 小时。

敞篷车之旅按照路线安排顺利，但由于导游陪同吉普车，原本最多可容纳6人（因为套餐中注明敞篷车可容纳5-6人），因此乘客人数被迫增加到7人，这导致旅途不舒适，尤其是在路况较为崎岖的情况下。未来或许可以考虑吉普车的载客量，以免因为敞篷车而忽视了旅行团成员的舒适度。

Pengalaman menyenangkan trip ke Bromo bersama Mount Bromo Tour. Dijemput tepat waktu di penginapan area Malang oleh mas Galih. fotografer mas Hazwan membantu mendokumentasikan moment ketika mengunjungi beberapa estimasi d Bromo.

penjemputan bagus tapi pengantaran buruk, menunggu lama untuk diantar pulang

staf tidak menyarankan homestay terdekat dari stasiun, melainkan dekat ke bromonya. harga homestay terlalu mahal. tidak ada kendaran buat kembali ke malangnya, di persulit.... alhasil uang keluar banyak di kerjain sama pemandu bromonya. mau hemat malah buntung,.... parah untuk trip bromonya bagus memuaskan karna berbeda dengan yg menerima pesan saat saya book trip bromonya.

Amazing!!! glad we went for this agent. it’s on weekends and a lot of people visiting during sunrise but I extremely enjoy the accommodations and the guide is super amaze. He knows some spot to where to take photo with amazing view & less people. Thank you Mas Yosi & Mas Andi for this trip to be fun.

I am very statisfied with the travel agent. The pick up time was on time. The spot was beautiful. We had an incident of tire flat. The driver and the tour guide fixed immediately, so we could back to the hotel on time. Very recommended.

Berangkat sesuai jadwal, komunikasi baik, pengemudi ramah. Jalannya jauh untuk liat sunrise karena macet, jeepnya agak kucel tapi reliable, menyenangkan karena udara cerah

Guide di Bromo dan sekitarnya tidak benar-benar meng-“guide”.

Kami sekeluarga sangat puas dengan tour ini. Semua fasilitas yg disediakan & PIC yg handle sangat professional dalam memenuhi permintaan kami. The best👍🏻

Jadi yg aku pesan itu yang gunung keliatan awan sama Semeru tpi yg di kasih titip terendah ug cuman bisa keliatan Bromo doang , trus gak jelas rutenya gak gak sesuai yg di liat

Udah selesai di basecamp kepulangan jeep jam 10.30 tapi masih harus nunggu jemputan, jemputan udah datang masih harus nunggu penumpang lain yg datang. Udah lapor kantor pengelola, harapan kami bisa dicarikan solusi untuk dicarikan mobil lain yg anter kembali ke hotel. Tapi ternyata disuruh nunggu. Posisi buru2 mau ada acara lain dan capek setelah turun apalagi bawa anak kecil. Saat keberangkatan malam juga kami tdk bisa naik ke spot view sunrise. Udh diminta siap2 dari jam 12. Setelah nyampe di poll jeep masih hrs nunggu untuk pemberangkatan jeep berangkat sekitar jam setengah 3. Jadi rundown jadwalnya banyak yg molor.

Very poor from start to finish, absolutely NOT recommended - Timings not met, we were told pick-up between midnight and 1am, driver arrived at 1:20 - No additional context given until we reached the top, we switched vehicles halfway and during that 1h stop no one told us absolutely anything, we asked and all we were said was that we were waiting (little to no English from everyone did not help but even using apps we got nothing) - Our guide was very ill-prepared in every way, no English, no knowledge shared, not even basic first aid training, when my girlfriend felt sick and almost passed out all he could say was that she needed breakfast - The trip up and down was extremely uncomfortable with 9 people, instead of up to 6 like I had booked, in a Jeep where everyone was seated laterally, in benches that were small and hard, without any seat belt or barely anything to grab for your own security/stability, plus barely any visibility for outside the vehicle (so on our way down we saw none of the famously beautiful landscapes of the Bromo - Marlang route) These are just the highlights but basically despite the competitive price (665k / person) the experience was completely ruined but these issues, among others. Go on another tour even if you pay more would be my suggestion, definitely!

Nice experience.. very recommend. not many open tour trip in Indonesia... which is kinda hard for ad-hoc solo travelers
