The guide was really nice. We were lucky since there were only 3 of us in the van. The traffic that day was fast but it still took us 1.5 hours from kl to kuala gandah. The food provided was excellent.

Overall it was a very good experience. The driver/tour guide Mr. Hindra was very polite and helpful.
