Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Tour and Inadequate Treatment - Request for Resolution Dear Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the tour organized by go explorer indonesia specifically with the company "Khatulistiwa Adventure." I recently participated in a tour through your service, and I would like to bring to your attention several issues we encountered during our experience. 1. Disorganization and Ineffective Communication: Upon arrival at the port, the person we were instructed to contact was not there. After several phone calls, it was confirmed that they were present, but there was no clear coordination or communication. Furthermore, we were asked to arrive at 6 AM for a departure at 8 AM, which was an unreasonable and disruptive schedule. 2. Inadequate Accommodation: We were assigned a room that was far too small for three people, even though we had booked for this number. We were told that the room could accommodate up to 4 people, but the situation was cramped and uncomfortable. When we requested an additional room, we were told it would cost 600,000 rupiah, an exorbitant amount given the quality of the accommodation. We decided not to accept this offer, but the overall experience was unsatisfactory. 3. Rude Treatment and Inadequate Staff Behavior: The manager, Navyk, was very aggressive with us, insisting that we either pay for an extra room or allow an unknown person to share our room with us. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially since it was unclear whether the third person would even arrive. 4. Unorganized Activities and Lack of Communication: The next day, we were not contacted for the sunrise activity, and rain prevented us from participating in the island hopping tour. Despite the rain stopping at 11 AM, we received no official updates from Pahroji. Only after several messages from me did we learn that the pick-up was scheduled for 1 PM, with the boat departing at 2 PM. We are still unclear as to why the island hopping was not conducted earlier when the weather had improved. we did 1 activity snorkeling not 2 like program. the program didn't follow 5. Poor Quality of Service Relative to the Price: For 1,100,000 rupiah, the 3-hour tour was of very poor quality. The lack of organization, poor communication, and overall subpar services do not justify the high price. We were the only group on this tour, which suggests a lack of interest in providing quality service and caring for the customers. As a travel agent with over 30 years of experience, I can confidently say that this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had. Not only was the treatment inadequate, but the overall quality of the tour did not meet expectations in any way. I believe that this company is unsuitable for future collaborations, and I hope that will take appropriate action to prevent other customers from facing a similar situation. Tempatnya bagus... Pelayanan ok... Tp sayang fasilitas home staynya kurang... Seperti tv gak nyala tolong diperbaiki lg untuk fasilitas home staynya... Untuk lokasinya bagus banget pelayanannya juga ok... Thank you traveloka

Menyenangkan, tour guidenya juga ramah

Not bad, didn’t actually go to dolphin island (the tour guide didn’t tell us why) we snorkel to islands near Harapan instead. The homestay room was okay, limited fresh water to take a shower we ended up buying water from local warung. Food was okay, the transport ship from muara angke to harapan was really crowded barely found empty seats. Overall experience, that’s what you got from paying the price, could be better tho

Seneeeeeeenggg!! Minusnya cuma 2 menurut saya. Pertama makanan waktu di homestay, asli hambar. Kedua, air di homestay agak asin. Sisanya perfect. Thank you, Traveloka!

Dari sisi rencana perjalanan banyak yang molor, mulai dari rencana keberangkatan, tempat yang dikunjungi, dan juga waktu kepulangan yang dipercepat sehingga tidak terlalu dapat menikmati tempat yang dikunjungi. Tetapi keindahan tempatnya dapat dinikmati, terutama anak-anak sangat senang bermain di pantainya.

Semua asik... Semua senang... Dapat teman baru. Guidenya juga mudah diajak koordinasi

Guide ramah. Tp sayang perlengkapan snorkeling kurang. Fin atau kaki katak kurang lengkap ukurannya. Lalu, waktu snorkeling kurang lama. Ditambah lagi, pengunjung dibiarkan menginjak karang padahal itu akan membuat karang tersebut mati. Artinya, sama saja tidak melestarikan alam.

Bilangnya stay di pulau kelapa tapi ternyata di pulau harapan. Mengecewakan.

Asik banget, ulang tahun menjadi berkesan dengan liburan. Terima kasih bang Sem...

Worth it banget dengan harga segitu, tapi lebih baik mungkin airnya rada lebih besar karena susah mandi gara-gara air kecil banget

Seru bgt... Perjalanan dr pelabuhan naik kapal kayu dan ombak tinggi sampe mabok, tp sampai sana fun bgt. Kamar oke, air banyak, ac hidup, makanannya enakkk, pelayanan sangat memuaskan dan ramah, pulang pun diantar sampai naik kapal.

Minus * terlalu lama menunggu di kapal saat keberangkatan menuju pulau, panas bau muara angke, sumpek, sangat tidak nyaman apa lagi membawa anak-anak. Muntah tiada henti * jelajah pulau terlalu dikejar kejar waktu, jadi tidak bisa menikmati. Plus * laut jernih * pemandu baik * sarapan, makan siang, dan bbq menyenangkan * homestay AC Dapet harga promo traveloka

perjalanan dengan kapal kayu bikin mabok dan lama sekali goyangan nya.. aduh sampai mual dan teler. Btw sampai di lokasi not bad lah.. pulau2 nya keren, tour guide nya orang setempat juga ramah dan menyenangkan

Pelayanan yg baik dan perjalanan yg menyenangkan...

Pengalaman yang di luar prediksi saya, yang sebelumnya banyak hasil review-review yang kurang, hasil dari saya saat ini bagus sekali. Mulai dari kunjungan pulau, snorkeling, homestay ber-AC, dan makanan tiga kali. Cuma sedikit minus di agenda BBQ yang cuma satu pilihan ikan saja dan kapal angkutan Kaliadem - Pulau Harapan PP. Pakai kapal tradisional padahal sudah ada angkutan kapal dari Dishub dan ASDP. Overall good, thanks...
