Driver picked us up right on time. Some local pastries are provided as snacks alongside bottled water. Unfortunately, the fog is too thick to see the sunrise at Borobudur when we visited in February. We would advise to buy Borobudur tickets prior as we missed the first session to climb the temple when we reached at the ticket counter on 7:30am. We took the second session and therefore had to skip visiting Keraton and Taman Sari as we had prioritised to visit Prambanan. The driver is a local who knows the roads very well and rooked a shortcut to avoid traffic along the main roads in Yogyakarta. The driver even recommended us a nice restaurant for lunch before we reached Prambanan. would recommend this experience as the temples are really magnificent and well preserved.
