The guide was punctual n very friendly. All was well n interesting except the boat we ride only stay at middle of the river n not go near the mangrove. So we cannot see clearly the monkey (a few only n none proboscis) n the firelies.

First off, the firefly tour was really amazing. The tour guide was also kind. However, our experience was so bad. The monkey tour started late because we waited for too long for the other people. But before that, the pick up time already moved from 1:30pm to 2:15pm. Some people from the other group kept on cutting our line. Teach these people how to properly queue! They were very rude and it was very uncomfortable! I hope that the travel agency learns how to manage different travelling groups.
