We booked a mixed-eat and west tour on Nusa Penida, but when we arrived, the driver informed us that we could only go to a few places and even skipped some of the places listed on the brochure. The advertisement is not really what you get! However, the guide was really nice and helpful. He took us to the places we wanted the most and left out the rest. Even though they pick you up early from the hotel, we need to wait at the port to travel with the bigger group. This made us lose some of the time to visit more places on the island.

Had good first impression when we were picked up from hotel. But things went downhill once we reached Nusa Penida: - Tour guide was basically just a driver. No overview of the island whatsoever and we only got some information after we asked questions. - Not informed to take breakfast before leaving, if we had known no snacks provided at all, would have requested for early breakfast from hotel. - Lunch menu was not clearly explained to us. We ended up ordering things not included in our package and had to pay full price for it - Worst of all the tour guide/driver NODDED OFF a few times while travelling to the east side. We were so worried we requested he have a snooze while we were on the east end of the island so that we'll get home safely. - Told to bring swimsuits in the booking but tour guide said going down to the beach was not part of the itinerary and would take too much time. Not sure what we paid so much for, felt like a rip off for such poor service

Perjalanan ke Nusa Penida yg sangat berkesan. Pemandangannya bagus. Driver merangkap pemandu dan fotografernya juga berpengalaman dan sangat membantu selama kita disana. Terima kasih.

sangat mengecewakan, pemandunya asal foto aja. nyesel banget ambil capsla. udah gitu gak bisa ke semua tempat yg sudah ditentukan. nyesel banget.

The speed boat to Nusa Penida it’s worst! The boat is full pack of people (Overloaded). The seat is very small. The person who handled the passengers in the boat keep pushing the people into the boat even though the boat is already full. Some people are sitting outside in the back of the boat. Another provider boat (bigger and faster) is very nice. Not recommend to use Caspla if you are plan to go to Nusa Penida. Besides the price from Caspla is higher than other, their sevices is not good. The lunch also not good!

guidenya sangat ramah, ga nyesel pilih caspla untuk liburannya, kalo ke sini lagi pasti pilih caspla kembali, mantap sangat pokoknya

Tempatnya bagus, drivernya mahir dan ngasih arahan jelas banget.

Mantab jaya Caspla Bali. Kapan-kapan kalo ke Nusa Penida pasti pakai Caspla. Punya Fast Boat sendiri, Jetty sendiri lengkap semua. Terima kasih Caspla Bali.
