We have a very great experience but the people at the counter know nothing about the reservation. They said they don't have any agreement with traveloka since 2 years ago which i find bullshit. They asked me to call the agent and customer service about the booking which supposed to be their job to ask that. Then they checked there was email about my booking. Supposedly they need to do their work. Bukan makan gaji buta. Duduk kat counter ramai2 tapi tak buat kerja. Check email pun malas. Tak hormat customer. Ckp pun kasar. Pandang rendah kat orang mcm aku tak bayar fees pulak. Hey i paid full payment ok. Not recommended to book here. Buta IT.
